+ 1 moreVery well. The sales process was seamless and while product was delayed, we were able to adjust with a similar but available product. Install included laminate, tile and carpet. All of the installation was spectacular. There were some glitches over the course of the project that were not helped by my need to get this done while I was 2200 miles away. But whenever I communicated questions or concerns, they were immediately and appropriately addressed. We will be using them again for kitchen remodeling.

+ -1 moreWe love our new kitchen tile backsplash and granite kitchen window ledge that were installed by Toliy's Tile. We did the demo on the old tile, saving about $100, and they put in new drywall, where needed, and installed the new tile and shelf that we picked out and purchased ourselves. They picked out a perfect grout color, and did fast, excellent, careful work. The job took two days---most of one day to do prep work, drywall and tiling, and three hours the next morning to do the grouting. Toliy and his crew of two were very nice, efficient, smart and professional. They knew what they were doing, and answered all of our questions. I would hire Toliy's Tile again, and would recommend this company highly. When we couldn't get an electric switch plate back on the wall after the tiling was done, Toliy came back to our house on Labor Day for about 15 minutes to drill the correct hole to make it fit---and he didn't charge extra to do that for us.

Description of Work: Toliy talked to me on the phone about my kitchen backsplash project, and then was able to come to my house within a day to take a look and give me a quote. I was happy with his professionalism, his price, and what I had seen on his website. We have hired him to put in a new kitchen backsplash next month. He asked me all the right questions about grout choice, corner treatments (bullnose options), demolition, etc. I was pleased to find out that he also works with an interior design company that we like and have used in the past.

+ 0 moreToliy actually showed up to give me a bid. Trust me, this doesn't always happen when working with contractors. He showed up at my place for a bid within an hour of my call. We negotiated, and shook on the deal. He called and showed up a day earlier than he planned, which was great. Always showed up on time, and did a perfect job. Very careful, cleaned up his construction debris, and worked hard all day. Never really took much time for a break. Very honest, and full of intigrety. Just a very pleasant experience. There were no additional costs. I would recommend him to anyone, and have. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

The price was reasonable, work was done professionally, never had any conflict with the time and schedule. We would recommend him for any tile work you might need and we are looking forward to work with him in the future for our basement bathroom.

Description of Work: Took over a job that was started from "A One Call Construction" who ripped me off and didnt finish the job (Scam company on craigslist)... this company came in and seen what was done and not done.... Finished the job way better than i could have ever imagined! This guy you can tell takes pride in his job and what he does... my bathroom is beautiful and its all thanks to this company!!!! He is dedicated and works hard. He has fair prices that with the work he does could compete with the best!!!! Going with this company is one of the best decisions i have ever made!!!!!
