Dawn's Housekeepers & More

I will get back to her because she came over and she was very very good. She didn't do any service. She just came over and we talked about it. She told me what she was going to do and how she was going to do it. She was just a wonderful woman. She explained things to me. It was going to be around $200 for the whole house.

Talked on cell phones while cleaning. I had to watch them every minute.

Dawn and her employees exhibited an extremely poor work ethic. I observed Dawm making phone calls during the time she was supposed to be cleaning. the cleaners all took a lunch break while I was paying them to clean. I had to fire them.

What a moron? We didn't use her because she was so stupid. She couldn't understand the simplest directions. She's in our area and very close but had no idea where I lived. The conversation just went downhill from the first word. I talked to her two or three times. It was terrible. I told her it wasn't going to work out. I have no idea what kind of work she does but if her IQ is any indication it wouldn't be very good.

very responsive to request to come by and evaluate what needs to be done.... They spent the time and did the job right!!! They trimed the bushes, removed the 'junk' growth, picked up after the dogs, mowed the lawn. When they left, i wanted to take some pictures and send them to the previous owners! They occasionaly had questions as to how we wanted the yard to look, but really required no supervision. The kind of guys that i would be comfortable opening my house to even if i was not present (and my dogs LOVE them). I cant say enough good things about the professionalism, work product including clean up. They even brought me a bag of apples from their private tree. Their bill was itemized with everything explained.... Labor and dump fees etc (over an 8 day period) You wont be dissappointed with the product!

They always do an amazing job. They charge by the hour and they offer reasonable price. During winter, even if I'm not around they come and check my yard and makes sure that my driveway is not covered with snow. That's how dedicated and committed they are in their line of work.

He is very fair and will do what ever I need done.

It was a failure and very unprofessional experience!

I called and left a message for Dawn but she didn't return my call. I called again 24 hours later thinking that, however unlikely, I may not have given her the correct contact information. She answered the call and when I told her I had left a message she said she hadn't received it. She quoted a very affordable price for her services, 48$/hour for 2 housekeepers. She then said she was driving so couldn't take my information but would call back as soon as she stopped at her next location. She handed her phone to another person in the vehicle and that person took my phone number assuring me Dawn would call back as soon as possible. It is now 48 hours later and I haven't heard back from Dawn.
