 + 1 moreDave and his foreman, Robert, did come back to fix several items that went wrong or just installed improperly. There are quite a few things that we have discovered about the home that went wrong and would be too numerous to list. A few things were our sink in master fell down, carpet was installed improperly and you could surf on it when the temp is humid, wood floors cracked and the finish never took, slider doors installed improperly and let water and wind come through, balcony needed additional screws to secure, numerous nail pops, screens were measured long and had a 2cm gape and we had to pay for all new screens. As I said, very responsive and nice person on the phone. I don't see the attention to detail that I would expect from a high end builder.
Description of Work: purchased home built by Dave Largent. Home is average fit and finish although people in Spokane seem to rate Dave Largent as one of the best builders in Spokane. I would rate as average. What was above average about this builder is his response time to calls or emails. The guy is an animal when it comes to getting back to you with an answer even concerning small items from 3-4yrs ago about my home.
