+ 0 moreIt was terrible, terrible terrible. They were to paint the exterior of our house and we couldn't have been more disappointed. We couldn't get them to come when they promised, to do the work in a professional way or to follow up to see if we were satisfied (which we weren't). The job was sloppy, they oversprayed, dripped paint on surfaces that should have been a different color. Finally, when they painted the front doors they couldn't put the molding on properly. From beginning to end the job was a fiasco.
Description of Work: This was an extremely disappointing experience. We had used Koohns painting for several projects prior to this one with a good outcome, so we were very confident about hiring them to paint the exterior of our house. However, what I didn't know at the time was that they had one strong painter - Steve. During our project we found out that Steve was not available so they sent Ryan to do the job. The job was sloppy at best. We repeatedly called Ryan back to redo his work. When he failed to fix the issues, we contacted the owner. The entire project went on for months - it wasn't completed until the middle of September. By that time we had become so frustrated we just stopped calling them. My husband is going to wait until Summer and go around and do the finish work properly.
