Description of Work: They put in s tub surround, and did a terrible job. It was installed crooked and had over an 1 inch gap in the corners for water to get behind. They would not fix the job and tried to tell me it was because the walls were crooked. That is the reason we use the surround we do because you trim the bottom to fit the site (I have put in many of the same surround but did not have time to do this one.) I filed a small claims suit and settled in arbitration. They were using subcontractors and had NO oversight of them. Consequently my current contractor charges lest than 1/2 of the price and does GREAT work.
