D-MAC Construction

I am looking at a house to purchase and it needs some remodeling. So, I had a few contractors go through and give me bids. We are still working on the price for buying the house. I just want concrete numbers to be able to go into the negotiations. What I liked about D-Mac was that, the contractor was full of ideas. He gave me multiple ideas about what to do. I was thinking of doing one thing and then he asked me as to what I thought about something else. He has a lot of different ideas. That’s the best thing about him. At some point, I felt like he didn’t listen to me on some part, but he followed through with everything. I don’t own the house, but he still went through the entire process with me. He went through all the steps. He went home and did the whole bid. Then he submitted the bid. If I buy the house, I will probably have him come out to give me little more details. I will definitely bring him in to give me bids on certain projects.

I called Dave and told him what I needed. He came over and looked at the various projects. Told me how I could do one on my own, which I did. He then scheduled to come over and start on the projects. He came back as sheduled and completed the projects over the course of a few days. A plumber had come over weeks earlier and said we needed to open up the outside wall to ge to the problem and then call him back to fix it. Dave was able to get to the problem, fix it and put the wall back and painted it to match our house color. Saved us calling the plumber back. The baseboard needed fixed as a flooing installer beat it up when putting in our new kitchen floor. Dave made the baseboard look new again to match the new floor. I have used D-Mac in the past and have him working on 2 commercial properties for me right now. Great guy and does quality work.

The guy was very professional and punctual. I will consider them in the future.

Many on the job changes were made as the project developed. Dave was extremely accommodating to our requests and made many contributions of his own. Dave was on the job every day keeping close track of all activity. Everything was professionally done with much attention to detail.
