Description of Work: First off, Ken returned my original phone call promptly. He was able to work my home in for an inspection very quickly since we had a tight deadline. He was on time and professional. He took his time going through the home. He answered any and all questions I had regarding different things in the house. The report, I received was complete and easy to understand. Also included was a list of things that should be addressed and approx when. I would definitely recommend Ken to any other future home buyer.

Description of Work: Home inspection done by Kenneth A Pfaff. Very professional, prompt and on task. Emailed me the entire report the following day and then mailed me a formal copy. They were very thorough and paid attention to detail not only in the home inspection but to how the report was addressed noting the name differences with me and my wife and the correct spellings.
