We would recommend Country Estates to ANYONE! From estimate to finish, they were extremely thorough, professional and friendly. They educated us on the various types of fencing available, different pricing and why, etc. There were no surprises at all. Once material was ordered, we were kept abreast of the order and when it would come in, and when it did, we were contacted immediately and a date was set up that fit our and our neighbors' schedules. When work began, it was done thoroughly and in a timely manner. Workers cleaned up as promised, leaving nothing behind. They especially took care to remove items that could harm our dogs. In addition, where our landscape was uneven, leaving space for our little dogs to crawl under, they blocked that section with fencing material cut to fit under the actual fence. Our pups cannot escape, much to their chagrin. The final product was and is amazing. We have BEAUTIFUL fencing and gates that will last a lifetime. We recommend them to all.

We got the quotes and went with Country estates fence, the most expensive because the person that gave us the estimate put a lot of thought into design and description about the esthetics, the gate position, angles, post depth and really seemed to know that they were doing. We signed a contract on March 22 and they said they would call in 2 weeks when the fencing was being shipped so they could schedule a time to install about 2 weeks later. Late in April I called them and they said installation would be on May 7th. The fence posts went in on the 7th and imagine our surprise when we came home on the 8th and had a 2 rail rackable fence, the moveable kind so it can slope, not the solid fence we wanted. One of the gates would not open more than 2 feet because it hit the lawn. They fixed the gate but still we have a really flimsy fence that rattles for the entire 80' length for about a minute after you close a gate. It is a huge disappointment to us and their only response was they were sorry we weren't happy. So if you go with this fence builder make sure the materials you want are spelled out in detail on your contract,

I thought their price was reasonable. They were very good. They had pictures of other jobs that were done. They also brought product samples. They even came out and looked over and talked about the upcoming job. We have not got the fence done yet but their demeanor, professionalism in coming out and quoting prices and demonstrating etc was good.

Bert and his team went the extra mile to clean up daily and complete the job on time. They also kept our neighbors happy during installation, minimizing noise and debris.

Bert was willing to work with us on a budget-conscious approach, was professional and very knowledgeable. The workmanship was very good. He gave extra attention to making sure the new fence materials matched existing. It took more time than expected to go from bid to completed work, but Country Estate appears to be very busy. They said they would complete the work in one day, and they did, on the scheduled date.

I got estimates from 4 companies. Bert from Country Estate is the most professional and honest. He priced our job at the same or better rate than the other companies. His estimate was iron clad. His crew was outstanding and did a wonderful job. The other estimates I got were not firm prices and they tried to change them at the end to get the price up. One said he would have to charge more if they hit rock. 2 companies said they made mistakes on the estimate and the price would be higher. One lied about the type of fence (mono vs. co-extruded) I am so glad I used Country Estate and highly recommend them.

I could not be happier with the results as well as the professional manner exhibited by each employee of the company. The attention to detail as well as excellent craftsmanship produced a product well beyond my expectations. If you are looking for a first class installation of vinyl fencing or decks, this company should be at the top of your list!
