Description of Work: We asked Kathy Bixler and her associate Mollie Sweat to evaluate our property for sale potential. It was delightful to work again with Kathy as she was the agent representing the owner when we purchased our home over 20 years ago. It was fun to show off all the great updates we had accomplished since then. They were prompt, and came prepared with an extensive portfolio of similar properties that had recently sold, or were presently on the market, as well as nicely done graphics of the current market potential for similar properties. They was able to share suggestions, information and expose myths that could only come from years of success and experience. She and Mollie were professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in selling a home or property.
