+ -1 moreAs I said above, I've used Clines for commercial use for a while now and have used them for various maintnenance and repairs. They are a small company and the person doing the maintenance/repair is often the owner. I didn't know they did residential repairs but wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend them from residential.
Description of Work: I didn't post the price because I use Clines for commercial repair which I assume is a higher cost due to beefier HVAC systems than residential. I oversee facilities at 3 retail locations. I had been using another local HVAC company, and after numerous screwups, I switched to Clines based on someone's recommendation. I now use them for all HVAC maintenance at our 3 Spokane locations. I also use them for regular preventative maintenance and they are on par price wise with other bids I received and slightly cheaper than the last company I used.They've never used any high pressure sales on me and have even told me when a repair could wait a while. I trust them and have been happy so far

+ -1 moreIf we need any work done, we call them. They also work on furnaces. They came when they were supposed to, and they worked on the furnace and now it is working great. Their prices are comparable to others in the area.
