i had to constanly act as go between with my ins. co. and city glass because they kept dropping the ball and not getting info to my ins. co. as needed. this went on for two weeks.finally fed up and gave up.
Description of Work: tried to get a new windshield installe din my motorhome

Unfortunately what this gentleman didn't say, was it wasn't me who dropped the ball. His insurance company was the one sending the glass to our company & holding him up. When he first called he KNEW that he had to bring his motorhome into our shop for replacement of windshield. The day before the glass was to ship, he called & told me he had to have the glass installed at his home b/c he locked himself out of the motorhome. I told him we couldn't do that b/c our truck cannot transport that big of a windshield (comes in on a freight truck). That upset him off, he swear at me & hung up on me. He called the next day, I didn't talk to him, he talked to Mark. I was done with his mental abuse. I called the insurance company & told them we couldn't do anything for Craig, b/c I refused to be treated like that. But I see he didn't state that in his complaint. Check out our BBB report! Service providers BEWARE!!
