+ 0 moreMy car ignition was damaged in an attempted auto theft after work on a Friday. I called Chuck's, as he was referred to me by another Locksmith as being the go-to guy for installing/fixing ignitions. Chuck advised me he is on 2 jobs and would be a while, but to hold on and he would positively call me back in an hour or two. I suspended all activity to get my car up and running and waited by the telephone. The call never came. It set my recovery plan back at least 10 hours. A courtesy call back informing whether he could complete the job or not would have made a big difference in outcome. This business cannot be counted on when you are in dire straights.
Description of Work: Auto Locksmith. Repair damaged ignition.
