+ -1 moreThe master panel for the alarm system turned out to be very old and the technician was unable to get it functioning again. The tech was very knowledgeable and quite thorough in exploring all options to get the system working, but ultimately was unsuccessful due to no fault on his part. After determining the existing system could not be reactivated, Certified Security provided me several options to update the equipment and activate the system. They made every effort to find something that would work for me. Overall I was very impressed with their customer service and would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: I had recently purchased a home with an existing security system. I wanted to get the system reactivated and contacted Certified Security and Sound for the work.

Description of Work: The company was prompt in coming out to review the job. The sales agent didn't seem to understand exactly what I wanted. It took over 2 weeks to get the bid, which was poorly written and difficult to understand. I was not impressed.
