I love the work of CertaPro. I recommend them. We started using them about 5 years ago and keep using them. Josh is honest, professional, and highly responsive. The painters we have had over the years have all been courteous and excellent painters. They help me problem solve troublesome areas. We will use CertaPro again.m

They didn’t do anything that they said they would. They said they would not spray inside and they did it anyway. I know this because I caught them doing it. They gave me a 2 week timeframe and they were there 2 months. They sanded drywall with an orbital sander in the kitchen and now there is dust in every nook and cranny of my home. They ruined 4 of my windows. They splattered paint on knotty pine walls. It was an absolute nightmare the entire time they were there.

Ran into a couple of things, like a paint problem, but we communicated and got it worked out no problem.

They did a fine job. They were particularly helpful in helping us match the color on the railing on the deck around the house.

Their service was really awesome. I enjoyed their online software you could use to change the colors of your house when making a decision. They showed up on time. Their bid was good. Their work was good. I was very happy with their service.

Got a prompt response to my inquiry, received a bid in short order. Once the bid was accepted, i was kept informed regarding the date of service. When the workers came to my house, they were delightful! Workers were always on time, cleanly dressed, kept the workplace neat and tidy, and always kept me abreast of the job progress.

They were responsive in coming out and giving the bid. They had the technology that printed out all the paper work. They sat down, reviewed with me and talked about the paint. They also told me that they were bonded, licensed and that they warranted their work. They offered the most competitive bid. They have scheduled to do the work in the middle of next week. They gave me a bid for both interior and exterior work but this time we are only having the exterior work done.

CertaPro Painters were very polite. They explained everything they were going to do. They were very efficient too. Their paint job was excellent.

Josh of certapro came out in May to do the estimate. He was quick and very professional. He provided me with a written estimate before he left. He was competitive in price with two other bids but a bit higher. But since I had previous experience with his crews work I decided to pay the extra. Later he offered me a $100 discount for being a return customer. He was very open to scheduling the job later in the season, August or September, to help with budgeting. The job, which was completed on Thurs 8/4, looks great. The two man crew consisting of the job site supervisor, Jeff and Gaylin were very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient in carrying out the painting tasks. They exceeded my expectations in several areas such as Prep, caulking, and double coating some areas. They were especially knowledgeable in the best way to prep the T-111 areas that were rough looking so that the future problems are minimized. After they left you could not tell they had been here. No mess, no drips left behind so they were very neat painters. I am very pleased with the results provided and made it worth the cost. I would definitely recommend CertaPro for painting. A quick note on the paint used. 5 years ago certapro used sherwin-williams duration paint on the trim and superpaint on the main color. The trim did not need more than a cleaning this year and still looks like new. This time I paid the extra for duration on the main color repaints. I highly reccomend this paint.

They would be coming probably next week to do the work. They are very professional in the way they handled the whole process. I dealt with others who were just plausible. They treated it like a job. They came out, looked and took measurements and were very professional and very respectful of my property. They suggested some points as to what should be done and what not.

The two painters Brad and Nick were outstanding, and I think they put quality before quickness in terms of their work. Their prices were reasonable. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Josh and his team were great to work with, and the results are incredible! Josh walked through the house and took very good notes on our requests for repairs, scope of work, etc. He obtained paint samples for us to put up and make sure we really like our new color choices, and worked with us to schedule the painting around our work schedules and vacation plans. The two painters did a wonderful job, and were very respectful of our home, belongings and privacy. They were so easy to work with, we wondered why we hadn't done this sooner! We were also impressed that the cost did not vary from the original estimate, and we feel we got a few little extras. For example, two repairs that were bid took more time and effort than we thought, but the price did not go up. Also, we added a section that was not bid. We did pay extra, but it was based on our approving a reasonable change order and estimate. All in all, VERY professional, respectful and easy to work with. There is no doubt in our minds that we will call Certa Pro when we are ready to paint the exterior of our home!

I chose not to go with this company because of the price. Aside from the price, this company was very good when they came out to give the quote.

The team of painters showed up when promised and went to work. The foreman of the group was always willing to listen to my concerns and address them. A couple of the guys looked a bit more new to the outfit and needed more direction. Power washing was done effectively. Hard enough to clean, but didn't tear anything up with it. Home was allowed to dry before painting. They knocked out the job and asked for feedback. Unfortunately, the paint has different sheens in a couple of places midwall. The paint store had mixed the color into the wrong base and no one had noticed while putting it one. I let them know that I was not happy and they came and took a look. By golly, they saw the difference too and repainted all sides that showed the paint change. They did it until all the paint matched in color and finish, and I called it good. Overall, a couple of complaints along the way through the job, they addressed each one and they did a great job by the time the finish was done. I would recommend them as honest, professional, and dedicated painters.
