Great. They were on time and covered the floor of deck so no stained was spilled. The workers were very personable and courteous. I've had them stained over past four years and will use them again when staining is required. I highly recommend CeraPro.

The painter did a wonderful, professional job, followed all my requests and finished as agreed over the course of three days.

These guys made this whole place look new and that was not easy because this place was about 5 years past do for painting. They were so considerate and concerned for my feelings and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Every day every thing was cleaned up and put away, they were vary neat. I just can't say enough good things about these guys, the whole experience was great.

He was punctual, extremely knowledgable and a great help with colors. Answered all our many questions. We decided to go with a different company but I would give him an A for the estimate.

The entire process was excellent. They were on time for the bid process and arrived exactly on time to start the painting. The price was fair. They cleaned up the area each evening on completion of the day. They fixed nail holes and even cleaned our cold air return grates. They also moved the furniture and were extremely careful when moving it and replacing it. They were exactly on time each day. Great job. We would definitely hire them again. BTW...I found Certa Pro on Angie's List and used the ratings from the reviews to select Certa Pro.

We had to arrange this job long-distance while working around a fragile family member in the house to be painted. The initial quote came in well below that of another painter. Kenny made it as easy as possible with his friendliness, tact, clear and thorough communication, and being able to consult on short notice. Stacy also provided clear communication and documentation, and knocked herself out to help us secure financing. Dirk and his crew initially got their start date wrong, but Dirk called a few days in advance to confirm and quickly corrected his plan when asked not to show up for another week. They completed the job on time and the paint looks great. One snafu: Because the color consultant was not available the holiday weekend we were in town, and because we could not be on site long enough to test the free paint samples Certapro provides before work begins, the trim color we chose did not cover in the one coat we'd paid for. Dirk let us know of the situation and we paid extra for an additional coat, all according to contract, and the job was still finished on time. The final price was just over that of the first painter's quote; if we'd had more time in town to choose and test colors, we would have saved money over the first quote. Just an inevitable glitch in arranging work from afar. Overall, it was excellent working with Certapro.

They were pretty good, I would say above average. They charged a lot. I had two guys here, and they missed some of the caulking of the cracks and holes. I was told that all of them would be taken care of and it was not. I don't know if one of them didn't see it. I thought the price was fair. One of them was excellent. They have different crews, so I would give them a chance to give me a bid in the future.

The service turned out fine. I am really happy with it. They did a good job, and it was the lowest of the bids we got. There was one problem but it wasn't their problem, it was weather. They were good. I am thinking of calling the, and asking them because we have a wall that needs to be painted.

Certa Pro did an amazing job power washing our absolutely filthy deck. They had a completely booked schedule but managed to fit us in the following week when a cancellation occurred. The tech was very professional and friendly; thoroughly explained the process in advance. Took the time needed to do an exceptional job. I will hire them again in a heartbeat.

Once the start date was set, they were promptly here and began prepping the house, power washing, and setting up for the staining. The house was stained over the course of a week or so (large house). They had to work in between the rain but in the end it was beautiful. The painters were very patient and helpful when I thought I didn't like the final color, but in the end, once the trim was done, I love it and it looks awesome. I would definitely use this company and those two painters again.

Certa-Pro's office manager Stacy was very responsive, friendly and communicative, and worked hard to set up our small project quickly- we had a painter for our project in less than two days. After that, however, we were less than impressed. When the painter showed up, he brought in his boombox and started playing music without asking. I work from home, and while the music really wasn't an issue, it would have been polite and professional for the painter to ask first. Similarly, the painter just helped himself to our laundry room sink for cleaning his supplies, again without asking. While that's the sink I would have had him use, it would have been expected that he would ask first- what if I had another sink in the house I would have preferred he use? We left town right after the job was complete, and in looking at the project in different light after the paint had dried, we found several areas of inadequate application that we spent an hour touching up. Lastly, two days after the project was complete, we opened up the two five gallon cans of paint we supplied to the painter for the project to find that he had lazily left a roller floating in each bucket, rather than wringing them out and taking him with him or throwing them away. Again, more work for us that we shouldn't have had to do. Based on previous reviews, I'm sure Certa-Pro does have some great painters under contract, but we sure didn't get one for our project, and will look elsewhere next time.

The team from CertaPro arrived promptly and worked diligently to correct years of neglect on my house trim. They spent one whole day scraping and smoothing the old paint down to bare wood where necessary. All bare areas were caulked and sealed where necessary and surfaces prepared with premium primer. On the second day, they finished primer and proceeded to give everything two coats of quality paint. These guys worked hard, and were very attentive to detail and were obviously proud of the work they do. They were very helpful and provided information when asked. They were careful to protect areas from paint spills, quickly cleaned up any drips and drabs, and did an excellent job of clean-up when everything was done. This was a very positive experience for me. I've had problems finding reliable contractors for small jobs in the past. Everyone I met at CertaPro was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. That includes the office staff and the person I originally spoke to and who did the initial estimate. They all did a fantastic job of returning calls and keeping me updated on the status of the job. The only downside I might report is the cost seemed a bit high compared to others I talked to. But after working with CertaPro and seeing the excellent results they did, it was worth it!

We have a large old house so they had to do special things incase of lead paint. We had 2 bids and decided to go with CertaPro. The two guys who did the work did not cause any trouble, and came out and got the job done.

They were all good. Everything was good. They were clean. They cleaned up everyday afterwards. They did a nice job. Their price was exactly what they said. They gave an option for 2 coats of paint instead of 1 and price options for that. It's just a well thought out company. I've used them twice already now.

Exceptional quality from an exceptional crew! I have many years of painting experience having worked with my family's painting business as a young man. Just didn't want to do it again to my own house this time around as time is precious and valuable. They are still finishing up the trim today and from what they have done I am happy to give this report ahead of time. A two man crew has completely reformed our home and it looks beautiful and even a little unique now, but not out of place. We went from a drab green home with cream trim to a stunning darker blue, white trim including painting the gutters, with sharp looking khaki accents. They have been very professional and detail oriented. You are welcome to come and view our home if you are considering using CertaPro AT 14716 E 22 AVE, Spokane Valley. I highly recommend them without hesitation! Be sure to use the highest grade of paint that Sherwin Williams makes though, as that is who they use for paint. The Emrald Paint is far superior in every way to the lesser grades and you will be much happier with the results!

Paul and Forrest were very professional. They did a great job. I would use them again.

They are big national operations. They are a local franchise and have a national business. It was a big job and price too. They were very expensive. I went with them and this was where my decision and Donald. They really wanted to get the house painted as it needed it badly and painting them rose to eventually sell the house at their site. I wanted that being done. I got a couple of bids but I selected them primarily because a friend had used them that same year to do painting and he has got in a number of bids. They total it to another bid he got like someone that he did not trust to do near the quality of work they did. He was exceptionally pleased with them that he recommended them. They did the quality of work we expected. Donald supervise them a little bit more closely, they say just stop, then come, and term a loop. He found a corner that he pointed it out and still behind that and even serve behind, the fact that when they put the window storm back up, they brought by the windows broke in our house at the night they take out. The glass is very old, he has no problem, got the glass replaced within a day or two, submitted the bill to the manager of the local company and paid it right away. He was very prompt in doing the bid which was extremely detailed and thorough. They offer us an hour for a free consultation from a decorator for colors and stuff like that, as far as more colors than you could get and to see at paint doors. He was nice. If your paint is tilling, they will only remove the very loose paint. They were very specific about that in their contract that would cause a small portion for them to do a really thorough job of top to the service such as chipping away, the stuff is loosen up. .

All of them were horribly expensive no matter which one but they did a good job. It was fine. They were doing too many jobs at the same time; one took longer so they were not able to the other type of work.

Horrible, Kenny will say anything to get you so sign the contract and then it will go south from there. He has changed the scheduled date 4 times and has asked several times to change the amount of work they are going to do telling me that they wont make enough money on a few of the jobs. Sent email to office manager/owner with no response. I got a call on day around 12:30 with no advance notice asking if they could come out that day and bang out the project as there workers had training that was to last all day and it ended early. I got a call again this morning with a schedule change and they are not sure when they are going to be able to fit me in. If you are not spending over 1000 you don't mean much to the company and they will try to fit you in around other projects.

My house was built in 1950, so it had previously been painted with lead-based paint. The painters did an excellent job of scraping and power washing, being careful to catch and contain all of the old paint. Because it is an older house, they had to do a lot of caulking and repairing of the old wood. They did an excellent job with all of this, were very courteous and efficient workers. I think my house looks just like new now, and have received a lot of compliments on it.

All went very well, Start of the project was delayed pending the installation of hardwood flooring. Josh and his crew (Paul and Forrest) were very understanding of the delay as well as my concern with protecting the new flooring. They arrived right on time every day and completed the job in just three days.)I was expecting five). I am very pleased with the work and the care taken to protect the flooring , fixtures and remaining furniture. This is the second time have used Certa Pro. They painted the exterior of my house two years ago.

They were on time, communicated all the time, guys worked diligently. Had a "problem" getting one side of the house to look right. They had to paint it 3 times before the tech was satisfied-that is over the top in my opinion. They didn't come back complaining, or wanting to charge additional. They did a first class job and will use them anytime I need painting done again.

We are very happy with the exterior painting performed by CertaPro. Their crew of two sprayed the house body and hand-painted the trim. Workmanship was great, with an appropriate level of prep, a uniform coat of paint on the body, and clean edges on the trim - including around light fixtures and around the downspouts. They communicated with us well concerning the schedule, and used good judgment on how best to work around the changeable weather. Even with weather issues they were able to keep on schedule. Concerning price, I do not have a good basis to compare to other painters; but we have found that you get what you pay for, and people who provide good service deserve to be compensated accordingly. CertaPro in Spokane has a good system in place, and I believe I can count on them to be fair and professional.
