 + -1 moreHe arrived on time and worked hard for even an hour more then he had expected. We had a lot of questions along the way that he took the time to answer and pointed out anything he saw as he went along. When he had finished he walked us through the house and pointed out everything he saw, big or small, and gave his estimation of costs to replace.
Description of Work: Eric has actually done two home inspections for us and he was very thorough. His inspections include pest inspection all for the included cost. He provided a wonderful report that detailed out everything he saw. In order to be so thorough he spent longer then he had planned for and took time to discuss any questions we had. The second inspection was given to us at 50% off which was a loarge plus, though we would have used him again anyway. Honestly, I have had no trouble with hime and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house inspection.
