Description of Work: The estimate provided and agreed to was inflated by hundreds of dollars claiming they needed more material than estimated. There was NOT a clause in the estimate for overages. This occurred around June 2009 (the date above only allows back to 2012.) My neighbor used them them also for a sprinkler system; they disconnected half of the existing system and then had the nerve to expect to be paid to reconnect the front half that they disconnected!

We provided mowing, lawn fertilizing, and general yard maintenance for this member in 2007. All work was performed at the cost bid and agreed to at that time. The client began to fall behind on payments and we had to suspend service. We have record of this member not returning several phone calls and letters from our company attempting to collect payment for services. There was no mention of an unsatisfactory job at the time. We had to call in our collection company for help. His account was finally settled the following year. Our policy is to honor our written bids and provide a quality job for our clients.

Description of Work: Got a call from the provider to schedule a time to come to my home to repair my sprinkler system. Was told by the gentleman they don't do sprinkler systems and referred me to a gentleman named [removed]. I've called him, but have not received an answer back. Spoke with you customer service and they said The Company is not listed with you. This is my first time using Angie's List and I’m not pleased with the service. Please refund my payment ASAP.

Cost of service has been refunded. However, this customer was not contacted by our company. We have had no communication with (removed member name). He claims we called him on Sunday and stated that we don't offer sprinkler repairs. This is untrue. First of all we are closed on Sundays and no one from our company could have or did call (removed member name). Secondly, we CERTAINLY DO provide sprinkler repair work. This review must be removed.

I am sorry that we have missed calls from (removed member name). We have no record of him attempting to call our office. We do have office hours of Monday - Friday from 8AM to 5PM. We are closed outside of this time, but do have an answering service. There have been no messages from (removed member name) or anyone who lives at his address. Since we have no record of this client calling in and we have not provided any service or had any communication with this client we request that this unfair review be removed promptly. Thank you.

Description of Work: Scheduling was difficult and communication was not satisfactory (I had to reach out on more than one occasion and the lack of a proactive approach is noticeable when compared with other Angie's List providers). Once scheduled, they arrived on time and the technician was terrific. Very happy with the work, not nearly as pleased with the process.

Description of Work: Hired them for a small landscape job. Was a disaster from the start. Cut down the wrong tree, didn't lay weed barrier fabric under the rock before they placed it and planted the smallest tree and bushes money could buy I'm sure so they wouldn't have to dig bigger holes. Asked the manager several times to come back and put down the fabric as contracted but have yet to see them. They also billed me and tracted on interest before the job was even done! This company could use a new manager to say the least. Would not use them again.

(Member name removed) - So sorry to hear that your job didn't go well. I did some investigating. It appears that we did cut the wrong tree down for you. You had pointed out a small volunteer tree growing through the fence in the back yard to our salesman Jason. When our pruning technician arrived to tackle the work he noticed a different volunteer tree growing through the fence and cut that one. We did, however, return and remove the correct tree. Our salespeople are instructed to mark trees to be removed with paint - our salesperson didn't mark in this case. I will remind our salespeople about the importance of marking. I confirmed with our landscape department that we did install weed barrier under your landscape rock. If this is not the case please contact me and I can come evaluate and have this corrected. Weed barrier is clearly listed on your proposal. Your proposal also clearly states the size and quantity of the plants being provided and planted. We can provide larger sizes, but those do come at a higher cost. Again, I apologize that you were not pleased with our service. Our goal is always a satisfied customer. Please accept $50 off any future service with our company.
