My experience with them was moderate. I like the way they do the job. I have been dealing with them for almost 2 months now and the job isn't done. They are not punctual, but they are easy to get a hold of. When I called them, he called me right back. They made two appointments and not been here and I am still waiting for the job to get finished. For the part of the job that they did was excellent. They came in and did an excellent. They were quick and I was very satisfied, but I was just got tired of waiting to get it done.

Excellent experience. Prompt, knew the system and how it worked. Explained how it worked very well. I could not have asked for better service.

This is the second time we have used C&C tree services and both times they did a fantastic job. This last time was a hard removal since the tree was on the property line with poor access and required a really precise drop zone. The tree had forked at about 25 feet which meant they had to drop it in stages. They not only did it but missed all the sprinkler heads as well. Everything was removed and the grass and driveway cleaned up. The guys doing the work were professional and courteous. I had used three or four other companies before I stumbled on C&C and now I won't consider anyone else.

C & C Yard Care did our neighborhood the year before but my first concern is that C & C Yard Care didn't address everything on the bid sheet. He didn't address cleaning the ponds. He didn't even ask how to maintain it. He already figured he knew what he was doing and his bid came back the same as usual but it was only for half the work.

They took care not to damage the fence or the neighbors planting as well as the neighbors electrical service. Safety for all, their own workers and the customer was their primary concern and they had to reschedule the job twice because of wind. They left the wood I wanted for firewood and removed the larger and smaller material completely. They even cut the firewood to correct length even though I told them it was not necessary. Damage to surrounding landscaping was minimal. Cleanup was complete. Very professional.

They were very nice and patient. They gave me good ideas on what I should do. I called back to them a couple of times with questions, and the guy got right back to me. However, their service was pricey so I ended up doing it myself.

The projects were completed to my satisfaction, except that they forgot to install the drip lines for the sprinkler areas. They took the time to answer questions, redraw bids and management visited the job site frequently. I felt they gave me personalized attention.

The company did what they were hired to do, but not with any care. It was like they were checking boxes on a list, but didn't spend much time thinking about the quality of the job they were doing. As far as cost is concerned, they are one of the more expensive companies we have looked at to do this job. When I called to cancel the service, the gentleman on the other end of the line asked if we had decided to do our own yard work. I answered that I had been unhappy with the lawn care we have been receiving from the company. The man on the other line simply said "ok", didn't ask any further questions...which sums up the entire problem!

Signed up for total lawn and yard care and paid a fixed amount for thir annual treatments, which they discounted for an up front payment. Prices were less expensive by 40% over the high priced services previously received from a competitor. Quality was equal or better. The company has been responsive and meeting commitments. I would certainly recommend them to others.

.They are very punctual and cleaning up after the work that they do. They are very friendly and they really do a good job. They mow my lawn and spray the trees. and fertilize the plants.

Jobs were completed to our satisfaction. Took a good number of phone calls and follow-up visits, but we are happy.

The person that came out was very courteus and did everything he was suppose to do. We had them come out for a followup spray when it got a little colder. So far we have not seen one spider or bug so far.

They are very good. I use them all the time. I have an acre of property. They come out every three weeks and mow the acre. They are very competent. They charge $50 (including tax) to mow the property. They come on a weekday. As I go there only on weekends, I do not see them. They also mow the area where I live. They have the contract with the homeowner’s here. I have talked a couple of guys and they are pleasant and personable. I would continue to use them in the future.

.I had two trees that needed trimming. They were very professional in what they did. They came out when they were supposed to. They did what I needed them to do. They cleaned up the mess. I was happy with the job they did. Their price was very reasonable compared to a couple of others. I would use them in the future.

I am on an annual contract and am very happy with their work.

Called this company in the afternoon of 3/22/11 and was told they would come and provide a bid "in the next 2-3 days" and leave it on a door. That was a Tuesday. No contact by Sunday, when I hired the person doing work for neighbors. This company never followed through with a bid or contacted me again! Most unsatisfactory!

Overall, the experience is great. They are very reliable and do the work without having to be reminded. The approximate cost is per hour, which I find reasonable. I'm happy with their services.

Good install, poor followup customer service.

They do a thorough job, and they have competitive pricing. They allowed me to pay by phone with a credit card, and then they mailed me the receipt. The only thing is that they do not call you ahead of time before they are coming. Price depends on the service they do and the size of your yard.

General start with ground breaking and trenching for sprinkler runs started out fairly well. Installation of the paver patio was done professionally. Concrete edging that was put in was just fine throughout most of it, but one of the tree wells was laid down about a foot out of line with the others. It definitely takes away from the area visually and requires special detail to mow around it. Although noted to C&C both verbally and by email, this was never addressed. What was worse was that they didn't have the trees for us that they said they had already picked up for the job. They didn't get them in until late spring/early summer, the trees were not of 2 inch caliper, nor were they the agreed upon varieties or root stock. They were planted before I found out that they weren't what was agreed to. Made them take some of them out and put up with a couple of the others, but had to pull teeth to get it done. Two of the trees proved seriously infected with insects and were lost by that fall. The first one I made them replace, but it was so contentious I have since given up on the other one. My other more minor complaint was the the wooded raised beds that they installed had essentially no substantial hardware to hold them together at the corners. After complaining and getting no where, I put the hardware on before they fell apart. The really big complaint that I have about the job was the vegetable bed. The contract clearly called for a level garden area. C&C left this area about two feet out of level from one side to the other. They were called back on this more than once but each time would smooth the dirt but not level the area. They just plain blew it on this and had no intention at all of making it right. Water the area and the water runs off of it so fast that it erodes the soil to the one low corner and leaves half the garden high and dry and half flooded and wet. There were other little annoyances like not notifying me in time to apply weed killer before they called in the hydro seeding even though it was very clear between us verbally that this would be done. This lead to using weed killer extensively throughout the new lawn after it came up....could have been taken care of before. Anyway, at the end of the experience, they outlasted me and I paid them in full just to get them off of the property. Never again with this one.
