Absolutely horrible! They did remove the chip bark mostly but left residues in a lot of areas. They did remove plants including some that did not need to be and others were left that should have been removed. I had asked that they move the rock and designate areas for the rock and go to bare dirt in the rest. Also that they replace the plants they removed with nice later growth plants so the landscaping would not look lopsided so to speak. What they did was remove the bulk of the bark, leave the filter cloth instead of going to bare dirt in those areas that the rock was not. They removed the plants but not all the right ones and replaced them with the cheapest crappy plants I could buy at Home Depot for 1.99 to 6.99. Charged me 1200.00 for them. In one bed by the top of the driveway they removed the plant there, left mass roots hanging out of the ground, plopped a crummy little bush plant in there and dumped rock around it. It looks so bad I am extremely embarrassed for people to even look at it. I had asked for something like a Lace Leaf Maple or something along that line. Definitely did not get that! They were suppose to clean up the beds as well by getting all the weeds out. This they did, but left a bunch of weeds in several areas. They supposedly fixed sprinklers but when I had someone else come out to check things because the grass was dying in areas found they charged me for sprinkler parts but the heads were not working, hence dead grass. Also, when they located the sprinkler heads, they put little yellow flags to mark them. When they left, they left all the little yellow flags too.The water feature that they supposedly fixed worked for about half a day then quit again so that was not fixed either. Overall it was the worst job I have ever seen done and incomplete at that. I contacted them in regards to the job done and they would not contact me back after the first time I talked to them and showed my displeasure asking them to come out and look at the poor job done. It took them several weeks to get back to me to begin with. They billed me and when I did not pay right away because I was waiting to talk to them they started charging late fees. I did pay the bill but I was very hard pressed to do so. I actually regret that I did pay them and looking back should not have because they did not complete the job as promised, nor follow up to correct the problem. I have had other landscapers look at the job and without me saying anything to them about how the landscaping got to be in the state they saw, they were horrified about the looks of it and all of them told me I had some serious work that needed to be done to fix this mess. Pretty bad I would say. If you use these people you are making a very bad mistake. If landscapers had licenses, their's should be revoked.

The guy spent five minutes and said everything looked good. I said, I didn't think so....look at my lawn. It had brown spots all over. I understood the weather had something to do with it, but I pointed out areas that I had consistently had trouble with. He spent another 10, maybe 15 minutes looking at spray patterns and making 1 or 2 adjustments after I encouraged him to do so once again and then asked him to check sprinkler times. My lawn looks no better now. For $70 this was a waste of money. This guy was unprofessional, looked hot and I think just wante3d out of the heat. He didn't seem at all interested in helping me get my system operating at optimal levels. Very disappointed.

Quick and easy, checked the area where I thought there might be a problem

The tech who was supposed to come out was delayed so another tech replaced him. Very friendly, knowledgeable, took 30 minutes to complete service.

First off I assumed my mistake that when he advertised "check for leaks" he would use a electronic device to look for leaks. Instead he stomped on the ground looking for soggy spots, which without the water running a long time nothing will show up. He did not in my opinion really check all water lines drip etc..to make sure all were working to full capacity.

Poor grade on coordination for two reasons: 1) after I accepted the estimate, they were calling me at a wrong number, a phone number that is in no way connected to me. Even after I called and left msgs and emails asking them to please contact me about their schedule, they apparently kept calling me back at a wrong number. Feel bad about that cause they sort of tried, but they just weren't paying attention to my msgs and emails in which I kept leaving contact info. Eventually they just showed up, on a day I happened to be home. 2) The estimator had made note that trimming the one large tree would require coordination with Avista. However, when the crew came to cut they were surprised, they had not coordinated with Avista, so that had to be put off for a few more days. Overall however, the estimate was better than others. The Angies List deal worked well, and the work was done just fine.

It was great! Would definitely use them again in the future!

With all the rain we had we had to reschedule a few times, but they showed up early the day we decided on, and were done within about 1-2 hours. There was a crew chief there and he showed the workers what to do and how to do it. Very pleased with their work. They removed all the branches and limbs and the stumps were ground out and no no longer visible at all.

Removed 2 large trees (one a 120 year old maple, and the second a 80 foot tall fir tree) from my front yard, both were close to our house and the street. Trees were dropped exactly where they needed to be. Friendly work crew. Hard working and paying attention to detail. They cleaned up and left everything better than it was.

It didn't. Our plan to use them for all our new house landscape needs is cancelled.

First of all let me say I have never had a sprinkler system in my life and I just moved into this house that has one but it looked pretty jacked up so I hired these guys through Angie's List and they came out and showed me the ropes on how to operate it and to test it and see if it was working or not and it was! which was great but it is an old system and he had to replace a few sprinkler heads that were damaged and then also gave me advice on what to do before winter hits which I of course was clueless on so that was great! But anyway, I highly recommend these guys. There very professional and on time and very informative and went the extra mile and because of that the will have my business for years to come. The Angie's lit price wasn't bad either! Worth every penny

The person who came out was punctual (early in fact) and set about getting our info on the sprinkler system. He checked the timing of the sprinkler and the zones and how they worked. All in all was a great experience. The employee was extremely polite and helpful in locating all our sprinkler heads. Made recommendations which we followed. We would definitely use this company again!

Their product didn't work. Period. I switched to C and C because they were cheaper than the great company Sure Green that I had been using. I hated to quit them but just couldn't afford it anymore. What I learned is that the service is worth zero if it simply doesn't work...at all. I called to ask them about it and decide what can we do. The girl who answered was not pleasant at all and basically said then that I should use a different service. They did pro rate the amount I had paid and provided a partial refund but for the first time since I've owned my home the yard is overrun with weeds and the value of what they had done was zero.

They were on time and very proffesional. We had just scheduled the sprinkler evalution, but when they discovered there was repairs that were needed they took the time and fixed them. Their prices that we had to pay for the additional services were very reasonable.

My sprinkler system has never worked this good!! I am so super impressed with their service and ability to get my system running properly!! Keep up the good work!!

Very, professional, showed up on time and completed the job well. After much landscaping in my yard, c+c came out and fixed all broken sprinklers, tuned the others, then adjusted the spray to appropriate locations and strengths. Knowledgeable and clean. Excellent service. UPDATE.....After 7 phone calls to state I was billed 180 dollars for work I was told would be 80 dollars (extra, after the angies list deal) I FINALLY got a call back stating, "well, it takes a long time to adjust sprinkler heads". The "deal" is for twice as many sprinkler zones as I have in my yard, (comprehensive tune up) and now I am being told that I am being charged for spending time fixing my heads. In other words, I am being charged a service call and all the time for the whole job because I had them replace two heads and a diaphragm at my main junction. These people are crooked, and when you try to get ahold of them, don't expect them to call you back until file a complaint with angies list and the BBB. Oh and if you would like to complain in person, you will have to do it to a P.O. box. If you use them, good luck.

The office is responsive and respectful when called. Services are provided in a timely manner and done well.

When I called the office they told me that he would get back to me in a day or so to discuss my needs. The provider never called me on my cell although he had the number, he only left polite messages at the house so it took over 3 weeks to actually connect with him. I finally connected with him after I left a message again with the office stating I was an Angie's list customer. I finally got the quote for aeration. It was really overpriced for my tiny lawn. I needed it done so bad I made the appointment, but when I told everyone the price they were really shocked and so I cancelled.

Overall, I was satisfied with the work and even got a call back after posting this review.

So far, the service is very good. They arrived for the first appointment promptly and all services performed to date, have been without problem or concerns. Services are paid for as they complete each phase throughout the summer, making the it an affordable option.

Apparently, Angie's List deal only got me 30 minutes of their time not including parts. When I called in to see why I was billed an additional $70 over the original deal for $65, I was told that he had gone over his 30 minutes by an additional 45 minutes and that they charge $60 / hour. Seems a little steep for a sprinkler jockey, but what do I know? I also had them repair 4 leaking main valves for which I approved the total charge of $260 including parts. Some of the sprinklers in the front still look as though they have small pebbles stuck in them as they don't spray out the middle so I'm wondering exactly what I paid for...can't wait for those dead patches again this summer. Overall, a little disappointed with what felt like a bait & switch on the deal and fairly pricey service. No follow up by the company to see if they work they did for $400 was satisfactory.

very well, they made an extra effort to schedule everything together to avoid an extra service charge for the work under the deck. they have been servicing my yard for many (15+) years, they do a good job, take time to answer questions and always do that little bit extra to make things right

They did a great job, were very pleasant to work with, and did extra things without charging. I was very pleased with their service.

I am very happy with their work. We've been using them for about 3 years.
