Randy arrived within 30 minutes of placing call to the office. Went right to work and had it working like it should in about 15 minutes. Very personable, neat and very knowledgeable -- gave me several tips to reduce the chance of this happening again - or at least, way less often

Steve cleaned debris in the ballcock mechanism of our toilet. It now flushes and works better than it has in years! He also replaced a piece of PVC pipe underneath the sink (arm extension) that the sink drains into. It was pretty plugged up with debris, and now the sink drains like it should. I didn't like putting chemicals into our septic system to keep it draining and now the problem is solved. We're very happy with the work he did and will definitely call again if we have plumbing problems.

They left the area clean. It took him twice to figure out what it was. It took me once to figure out what it was. I did not know it was even leaking.

When the work didn't get done exactly how I'd asked the first time, they were very responsive and quickly arranged a time to come back out and redo the part I requested. The re-work was completed exactly as I requested in a very timely fashion. This outfit is a class act.

Best plumber ever!!! I have had several plumbers come do work at my house and each time they cut corners to get a job done quickly. Steve did not do that at all. He explained what my best options were and he was very fair with the pricing. Then he used my restroom and took the time to tighten my toilet seat. So grateful!

Dylan was prompt and professional and explained everything he was doing while he did it. He also videotaped the process so I learned more about my sewer line and gained confidence about maintaining it going forward. The price was very reasonable for the services performed. He was so pleasant, straight-forward and honest, I intend to use this company again in the future. In addition, he said they don't charge extra for nights or weekends.

I could have managed not having a "same day" appointment, especially since I'd been putting up with the problem for about a month, but the scheduler said that they could come and it would be about 11:30. Oh my goodness, at 11:30 sharp, he knocked on the door! I was surprised beyond words. The job was done in no time and the young man gave me some excellent advice about some types of drain cleaning products. We will definitely be calling them back for some other "issues" that we have; it's an old house, after all, and they have "issues." We were very pleased.

I already knew that I would get good service since I had used Bulldog Rooter before. Tony, our technician, was prompt, called to let me know his ETA, and was very courteous! He quickly assessed the problems, came up with an action pan and brought it to a smooth conclusion. These guys know what they are doing and always do top-drawer work

After living in my new old (built in1903) home for less than a month, the pipes had backed up and were flooding my basement. The problem presented itself to me quickly, and I lost access to all my house drains at 8:00pm. A friend referred me to Bulldog Rooter, after a larger national company quoted me WAY more than I was willing to pay to have them show up after hours. Bulldog has the same rate, all the time. Holidays, weekends, nights. One rate. Dylan showed up at my house within 30 minutes of me picking up the phone. He took a thorough look at all the plumbing and advised me on what needed to be done to fix the problem. He gave me a quote, and then went to work. The clock didn't start until all his equipment was inside which was quite a bit of a money saver, given that he'd just spent 30 minutes checking out the plumbing already. Dylan walked me through every step he took, and why he was taking it. He advised me on what to do and what not to do to best maintain the work that he was performing. He worked until 2:00 AM and, After almost 4 hours at my home, the work was completed. To my great surprise, the bill was much less than I had budgeted for the emergency. Bulldog is a full service plumbing company, and will from now on always be my 1st call.

We have used Bulldog Plumbing for several different projects. From installing our kitchen faucet to repairing leaks in our bathroom. They are always very prompt in getting back to us and also having a same-day service has been very convenient especially when we had a leak that needed to be fixed right away. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

I got same day service, Jesse did a great job opening up and cleaning drain and trap and pipes under my kitchen sink! He cleaned up everything so nice, even the kitchen sink!! All is well now and I highly recommend this company!!

We have used him twice and we have continued to be very happy with him. He is very responsive. When he comes in, he covers his shoes so that he not running up and down the stairs with dirty shoes. He is a very nice man to work with. He works quickly and we have always been happy with his work. The first time we used him was to replace a part on another toilet and something didn’t go as he told that it would. Maybe the part took a lot longer to come in, or something that honestly wasn’t his fault, and he gave it to us for cost because we were patient and waited and didn’t complain a lot. He just said that you folks waited a lot longer than you should have had to, and so he gave it to us at cost, which we were pretty impressed with. We didn’t get the same deal the next time, which we wouldn’t have expected to, but the fellow that comes out is very personable, very careful with our home. He seems to be aware that they charge by the hour and we get the feeling that he is working at a brisk pace and that he is not lolling around dragging things out. I am sure that we will call them for any plumbing that we have in the future because we have had two really good experiences with them.

Steve the technician called me just after their office called me to let me know he was on the way. I had just called to schedule an appointment earlier that afternoon. He was very polite and listened to my concern. He went to work and completed the job just as I had asked. He was very careful with his work and did a nice job of cleaning up after himself. The price charged, was fair, and I am sure competitive with any other service provider. I would certainly call them for any other plumbing needs.

Did an excellent job.

Steve called me before heading to the job site. He wanted to make sure he had the parts we needed. Then he arrived at the appointment on time. After a walkthrough, he then went about his business working steadily on 6 hours worth of repairs throughout the old cabin. It was in pretty bad shape, but he got everything working. His final bill was about $400 less than what I had been quoted by another plumber.

The level of customer service was excellent. They are responsive with my inquiries, they keep me informed and explained to me my options for me to do research so I can figure out and make my own decisions. The plumber who came out was very professional, nice and helpful. He came back and checked the works my husband did and to make sure that it was correct and taught us a few things about plumbing so it was great. The price was really reasonable. I got a really good quality water heaters and the plumber was very honest of how much did it cost and how it go about getting the best deal. The quality was exceptional, very quick and I love my new water heater. They were really great about everything.

great......works well now........don't know the last time this was done as I have only been in the house 6 years.

They did a good job. It was not cheap, but it solved the problem which was what I cared about. They were competent.
