Chris did a great job with the installation and made sure the old tank didn't dirty my carpets when he removed from the house. He put a cloth runner down. He was very professional and got the job done.

I called them because a friend of mine had recommended them to me. He came out and fixed my toilet. Then I didn't think it was working right, so I called them back. They came out and they did some adjusting and it has worked fine. The price was more than I was expecting. But I know the things cost more nowadays. You can't be without a toilet, so they came right out. I kept their card so I can refer to them again. They're excellent. They didn't leave a mess. He came in, he fixed it and left and you wouldn't even know it was broken.

We had three minor plumbing issues that occured within two days which I would normally handle but I was laid up and unable to manage. Because they were minor, was hoping that a handyman we know could repair but couldn't come for five days so the neighbors contacted someone they knew and that was going to be a four day wait. Called Bulldog Rooter whom we had used prior and they had someone there within hours. Both times they were very efficient but quite expensive. We ended up replacing the leaking toilet so the bill jumped significantly. But we were grateful for peace of mind that everything was fixed quickly and done with a great can-do attitude. Really like their staff. Grateful they offer Angie's List members 10% discount that helps financially.

They did an amazingly good job. I checked you first and they were the highest rated. It was all very professionally well done. It was kind of expensive but you know what you got.

I have had them twice, last September and then July 14th. They opened it up very well. I would give them an A+ both times.

Their solution was to shove it an additional 15 feet then offer to charge me an additional 2 -3k to fix their screw up plus charge me the 800 for doing nothing. Dont fool yourself. Think twice before they work on your plumbing.

Found out the pipes were all cast iron and are quite rusted and have a couple of places where they are starting to separate. Recommended a company that might be able to fix problem without having to dig up yard to replace pipes. They fixed the backed up toilet problem and alerted me to a possible future problem and a possible less expensive intrusive solution.

Randy showed up less than half an hour after we called Bulldog Rooter. He went to work and got it done!!

Steve was professional and friendly. He took a look at the pipe to figure out what needed to be done and then set to work. He finished in under an hour. He did recommend we wait another week or so before turning on the water to make sure we're past freezing at night but he said if there were any issues to just give them a call. He didn't even get upset when my mouthy Pomeranian met him outside and started yelling.

1) What annoyed me was the fact that they couldn't give me a quote ahead of time. The least they could have told me was that they charge $130 Per Hour. So, 2.5 hours later, with a trip to the store, that ends up totaling $352 including the $35 part to fix the leak. That total is after my 10% Angie's discount. Way too expensive! 2) The plumber came in and out my house a half a dozen times and not once did he take off his wet/ snowy shoes. The least the company could have provided him with are those "shoe gloves" that cover up the bottom of shoes from tracking in dirt or snow. At one point, I was holding my baby and slipped over a wet spot; thankfully we didn't fall. 3) Very nice plumber. He fixed the problem. I think the work could've been finished at a more efficient time.

They tried to upgrade the water heater but that was to be expected. They cleared it and it was fine. I bought some chemical. They cleared it for $100 but they honored a 10% Angie's List discount. I found them on Angie's List. Then they sold me some chemical that you pour down your drain and it's a safe product that eats up enzymes or something and it cost $30. I thought it was pretty steep. But again, not knowing any better about it. I found out later some trip to the hardware store, I could have got something similar to that for $10.

It was great. Our guest room sink is now better than the main room sink. We want to call them back to update the main bathroom.

Floor drain backed up Friday morning. I called (after checking Angie's List) and they had a tech, Will, out in the early part of the time frame they had said, even though we aren't convenient to anywhere. Couldn't reproduce the backup even though we ran lots of water. Took look in septic tank and he thought it looked like it could use pumping, but the problem might just be a "soft clog". Didn't charge anything. American Septic And Pump came out later that day and checked and said pumping not needed and also thought it might be "soft clog." Had another backup the next day so I called Bulldog again to get them to run camera in line to check that it wasn't an interior plumbing problem before I started investigating the possibility that it was a drainfield problem. Will brought Randy with him as he had more experience with septic issues. They got their camera in at the septic tank access and found that roots were growing around the inlet pipe and were partly blocking. Got out their rooter machine and fixed the root of the problem :)

The service tech called when he was on the way and was prompt and friendly.

Randy was great. Fast and friendly late on a Saturday. He did good work and had lots of helpful information for us.

Steve spent about 45 minutes helping me problem solve the bathroom issue and told me the steps to take. I will be doing the work myself and I am fixing the leak also. He charged me nothing. I am stunned that he would spend the time to tell me what I could do to solve my problem. I will definitely use them for any of my plumbing problems.

In the evening of 8/19, we discovered a crack had formed below the valve for cold water to our washing machine. Water was spraying from the crack at a good rate. We shut down all water in the house and jumped on Angie's List to look for a reliable plumber. I called Bulldog about 8:45 a.m. the next morning. A tech was on site before 9:30 a.m. Our leaky faucet was repaired and water back on before 11 a.m. Every part of our experience with Bulldog this morning was curious, fast, professional and within our expected cost range. The tech also informed us that we could have called for service the previous night and there would not have been any extra charge. Good to know. That had been an erroneous assumption on our part. I would not hesitate to call these guys again.

We cannot say enough about Bulldog Rooter's service. Staff members Dylan and Randy both came out to help us with a seriously backed-up sewer line... over a holiday weekend... for about 6 hours! As relatively new homeowners, we hadn't had any experience like this before--and we were a bit overwhelmed with the possibility of a serious problem and the potential cost. They were extremely professional, informative, and kind about assessing a very fair price. We still have some additional steps to take to avoid this happening in the future--and will absolutely be calling Bulldog Rooter back for their expertise with these services. If you have a problem, don't even bother investigating other service providers. Call Bulldog Rooter!

Discovered that the drain did not require the service. He could easily have done next to nothing and charged us for it! He did not, he was honest and have me all kinds of good advice on the care of our pipes! I will never call anyone but Bulldog in the future and am telling all my friends!!

Initially we thought we needed to have the wastewater pipes cleared when we saw water in the basement. Further investigation revealed a cracked and leaking pipe in the basement. We first had Dylan respond to our call, which he did promptly. He cleared the line to the street and told us the cracked pipe needed someone with more experience than he had Our next provider was Paul who came two days to complete the work, once even arriving at 6am (cleared that with us first). He removed the old pipes and a nonworking toilet, capped off the water line to that toilet, even knocked down a wooden enclosure the previous owners built around that toilet. We are very pleased with the services rendered, the timeliness of the service, and the time spent on the work. I feel the pricing was fair, having had a lot of experience with the plumbing in this 108 year old house. It may be pricey, but it isn't work I can do, and I am thankful when someone else comes in and does the really dirty work for me.

He stop the leak in the faucet spray hose temporarily, but the problem is with the design of the sink and faucet accessibility. Spent a long time and did stop the leak but explained the longer term issue. I have decided to replace the sink and faucet with something that is more user and repair freindly. I will probably call the provider back to schedule an install. The hourly price seems high, but then I don't know what plumber rates are. I suspect the prices are competitive but I will call around first to just double check. I would hire them again.

I dug the hole, 3 ft deep and 10 ft long, they were prompt , on time, courteous, and transparent in estimate and final bill....I will use them for any further plumbing issues!

Jon was extremely punctual, even offered to come late Friday night. His repairs were rapid, methodical and fair. The Commercial Jetter has a minimum fee ($480?) but he agreed that we would not be charged if it didn't work. In the end I have a video of the sewer lines and the probably location of future issue with the old clay pipes. And a couple marks on the grass locating various pipes. Still expensive but the customer service was that of a quality organization. Ask for Jon!!
