Went well. Drain was cleared very well.

Repairs were done just fine, but there were things disconnected by the plumber that he failed to reconnect after the job was done. The homeowner had to go back and reconnect things after the plumber left. When he called your shop to let you know what had happened he was told the "usually" he's really good about finishing things completely. Everybody makes mistakes, but you only get one chance to make a first impression

Steve removed existing kitchen Fossett as requested, Then installed our newly purchased kitchen Fossett, and replaced cold water shut off valve, and rehung a water hose going to the dishwasher, and put in a blank Where the soap dispenser had been .Dishwasher hose and the blank we’re done on his part without being asked he just noticed that they needed to be done. Very Efficient-kind and friendly service by Steve! He is a one-of-a-kind excellent plumber.

A little messier than I would have liked (there was splashing on my hardwood floors as he was wheeling the rooting machine in and out of my house), but I didn't dock the score for this because I think there's no way around this. Just be aware that you may need to clean all floors after the service.

We were able to get a plumber out the day we called, just about an hour or so after the initial call which was wonderful! The young man was very polite and informative, told us what he was doing and what he hoped the end result would be. When it was all done, he told us what he believed the problem to be and how we can avoid it in the future.

We called this company to come out to look at some issues we were having. We called on Saturday and they said they would be out the following day (sunday at no extra charge, how nice!) Only problem is that they never showed and never called. Very unprofessional.

We were able to arrange an appointment within a day or so. The company also called when the professional was on the way to our home. Ernie did a fine, fine job. He showed up, was courteous, professional and thorough. My only issue was the cost. While admittedly not knowing what the going rate is, we thought that the initial charge of $129.00 for the first hour was higher than we had expected.

Did great work in a reasonable time frame, even with the extra unplanned work. Price was a little higher than I would've thought but for the quick work and the quality I was okay with it.

They came right out, I absolutely loved them.

I needed a floor drain assessed and cleared. David showed near the scheduled time and introduced himself. We gathered near the drain site and he went through what his process would be. He proceeded and took care of the clog drain within an hour. I am in the customer service industry and David really gave me a great customer service experience. I would recommend using Bulldog Rooter to all.

Called Bulldog and had tech in house within 3 hours. David arrived, diagnosed the problem and told me how to fix it. Very professional and friendly! Excellent service!

Went great :) was right on time, explained everything and got the job done quickly and professionally. Will re-hire for future plumbing needs.

As far as the hot water tank, Bulldog did an ok job, they didn't tighten down the pipes to the tank and had to come over the next day to tighten everything up because we had a slow leak. They also didn't have an electrician on staff, so changing out a hot water tank in an older home with older wiring is impossible for them. They put the tank in, and then suggested I call and electrician to get the wiring updated. They could "hook it up" for me and it will probably be fine, but that they'd "recommend getting it updated to 3 wire."(hot,return,ground) Our wiring had no ground cable because it was an older home. I wish I'd have called R&R Heating, to install a new hot water tank. They were out installing a new furnace at the same time and let me know that is a service they provide. And they have an electrician on staff who would've updated that as part of the installation. As far as the plumbing work, they did a great job. Changed out the leaking parts of the tub and rooted the bathroom drain to get it running again. They did leave a giant mess under the bathroom sink for me to clean up, which I was less then happy with. Think black pipe crud in flecks all over everything under the vanity and the inside of the cabinet itself. Joy! But the workmanship was good. I would give them them another chance.

They came in and try to push debris through drain. When that did not work they proceeded to cut a hole out in the wall under the sink to push the debris through with a power auger. They did not even have the correct power head for the auger for the job. Once he was unable to proceed that way he went into the crawl space and found a clean out duct that was already produced under the house so there was no need to cut the hole in the wall. Once he realized that he could no longer get the debris to go much further he stopped and advised me that he would be calling his boss. He never reached the boss and produced a bill for $500 for work that was not completed. He put most of the sink back together however I can not use my sink or dishwasher. I was advised that someone would reach out to me which has not happened yet.

These guys are AWESOME! They were prompt, extremely professional and courteous, and thorough. They explained what they were doing, identified the problem, and gave us options for remedying it, all at a very reasonable cost. I also appreciated their 10% military discount. They will definitely be our go-to plumbers!

They showed up within 45 minutes of me calling and they had my pipe cleared out within an hour.

He did a great job! He replaced old piping in the wall where the leak was and replaced my old 1945 pipes in the basement where another leak was. He cleaned up the mess and hauled away the old stuff. Bulldog was by far the best quote I received. One name brand company quoted me $2,200!!!

Steve pulled the toilet and found the wax ring had failed. He replaced it with a larger one, repeated the toilet and caulked around the base. Steve was friendly and professional. He gave me some helpful tips. I would not hesitate to use him again.

We have had Bulldog out twice for various fixes. They were prompt, professional, and neat. They got the job done and the cost was very reasonable.
