Brothers Flooring

These folks were grade A from the get go. Sales didn't treat me like the next victim but was respectful and honest. The warehouse guys that dropped off the flooring were more professional than any I had ever experienced. The installer was quick, efficient and highly skilled. I'm overjoyed at the finished project. The accounting department understanding that I was in a tough place financially was very helpful in helping me find creative solutions to get the job done. This group was amazing to work with and in a sea full of sharks, Brother's flooring is a saving grace for anyone needing work done. A quality product, quality craftsmanship and fair price. Gotta love 'em!

Horrible!!! They bid one thing did another. Ruined my entire home. They are terrible to deal with. Andy says he’ll stand behind their work and when called out because their finish failed multiple times, they would not fix it. They offer no real warranty. The woman in the office is rude and uneducated and impossible to deal with on a professional level. There is no job supervision. The environmental damage to my home was so bad all my children and myself had to be under medical supervision, and after multiple ER visits the doctor said we had to move out immediately. We’ve lived in over 10 hotels/homes etc and to buy a new home. Andy is salesman with nothing behind his word or work. Run from here!!!

The flooring itself looks nice, but the company did a real poor job of the fine details which were important for the overall look of the flooring. They were difficult with when it came to communicating and refused to really work with us in resolving the issues that my husband and I felt were important. We hired another professional contractor for some other work in the bathroom and he immediately saw what we clearly didn't like about the work the Brothers did for the base boards and with the issue on the steps.

Cons Difficult to get ahold of Made us go pick up the flooring from the store and then we had to go back when the estimate of how much they needed was incorrect Did a horrible job replacing the baseboards. They did not fill in any of the nail holes from the baseboard removal They cut the flooring literally 6 feet from the front door leading to tons of sawdust in the house. Mind you, we have a driveway away from the house they could have used Pros They came when they said they were going to The flooring looks good (finishing not so much)

Made an appointment for estimate and nobody showed up.

Bill and James were exceptional. They were very professional and went above and beyond what was required. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Brother’s Flooring, everything went smoothly from the estimate to the final cleanup. They arrived when promised and finished ahead of schedule. Andy and Ty took the time to explain the complete process and worked with me on the custom transitions around the patio door and fireplace mantle. They took the time to ensure the newly laid floor was protected while installing the other areas and cleaned up each night prior to securing for the day. I’m rather picky about the quality of the product and installation, and was pleased that any questions or issue I brought up were answered to my satisfaction and feel they went out of their way to make changes on some minor nitpicky items I brought to their attention. The floor turned out beautiful! Thanks for the excellent job!

Very professional. Very prompt. There was a flaw and they came back and fixed it.

They were very nice and performed good work. Only complaint is they missed the appointment for estimate the first time and I was sitting around waiting for them to show and they never did.

First a big thank you to Andy, Tyler and Charles for a job well done. This company can be summed up as masters of their trade. Charles who first did our bedroom and closet was great to work with, he answered our questions and made sure the planking was laid out so the planking transitioned flawlessly from the bedroom into the closet. On day two Charles and Tyler installed the planking in the living room and computer room. Again, the craftsmanship showed when they were finished. You can put lipstick on a pig and make it look beautiful :)

They came out and gave me an estimate and they were absolutely wonderful. They were sweet and informative guys. They were personable. They also gave me a break down of the cost too.

Brothers' Flooring re-did the entire top floor of our renovation project, and we had a great experience. We used laminate flooring to the floors and closets, which totalled about 1200 square feet. We chose our laminate flooring at an outside supplier (after comparing prices), and Brothers' coordinated the order without any difficulties. Their estimate was accurate (within a hundred dollars), with the discrepency coming from the need to level a portion of our floor prior to installation. I appreciated their recommendations about edging options when they came for the estimate, and was very impressed with how quickly they completed our project. I would not hesitate to use them again.

It went great. Andy was helpful during the estimate process and willing to find the laminate product we had already selected from a showroom. He gave us specific advice on how to prep the floors since we were tearing out the damaged floors from this trashed house we bought, and his crew did a beautiful job on the installation. I actually got teary when I saw the finished product because we went from a cat-pee trashed house that had to be ripped out to the subflooring to a bright and polished look by the time they were finished--you'd never dream how badly the floor had been damaged by looking at our house now!

Went very well. We purchased the flooring from Lumber Liquidators, and they recommended Brothers Flooring. They came in and gave a very reasonable estimate, they stripped up the carpet the old base moulding and installed the new wood. They even had a tile sub who did the kitchen and bathrooms. They are real people with real lives and are very easy to work with. I highly recommend their services.
