+ -1 moreAfter cleaning the carpets. There was one stain in the dining room carpet that he got out. He said he thought it would not return, but it it did, he would return and clean it again. The stain returned 3-4 weeks after the cleaning. We called them two (2) times and left messages. Onone has returned our calls. This was in November and it's now January and still no returned call. We do not work with people or companies that ignore us. Period.
Description of Work: He cleaned all the carpets in our house.
