+ 0 moreVery well. Every need for change was documented in emails with lots of attached photos. Those showing the ant damage were not pretty.
Description of Work: Deck replaced at North Idaho lake cabin. Old deck made of wood was removed and replaced with a larger structure made of composite materials with wood trim in some areas. Carpenter ants encountered so the project was expanded to address that issue. The initial estimate grew from $8382 to$12768.I was especially pleased with the honesty of the contractor and the quality of the work. The cabin will fall down decades before this deck shows any age!

+ 0 moreI believe they stayed on target with the price. They were great; they wore booties, they called before they came, and their cleanup was impeccable.
Description of Work: Birchcrest Homes did a bathroom remodel. There was moisture behind the shower tile and it required a complete revamp. They also built a new deck for me at a different home.
