+ -1 moreJohn has been terrific. He is very responsive and quick to provide information or to respond to questions raised by me. He volunteered to deal with others, eliminating me as a "middle man", and quickly expediting processes without me being aggravated by questions I couldn't answer, phone tag, etc. Always has a smile and friendly demeanor. The quality of his work is excellent. I was very impressed with the final grading around the house as it was very rock filled but when he was done it appeared as if top soil has been brought in, which was amazing considering how it looked prior to grading. And, eliminated a not insignificant additional expense for hauling top soil, which I planned to do.
Description of Work: Graded house site prior to construction, dug trenches for water and electrical, installed septic system, did final grading to County standards, dealt with problems created by other contractors and will oversee the graveling of 300 foot driveway.
