 + -1 moreThe provider never showed up to give an estimate. Never called. Didn't return my call asking why he didn't show up.
Description of Work: Provider made an appointment to come to my home and give me an estimate, but never showed up or called.

 + -1 moreGreg and the crew were A+. Couldn't have been happier from start to finish. They were on time, fast, thorough, friendly and the price was the best. They are usually busy on larger jobs, but lucky for us we got them early enough in the season. From the time I called for an estimate (he came that day) to the time the job was completed, he didnt drop the ball at all. I recommend him and his crew 1000 times over. Great experience.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced old concrete on sidewalk and driveway entrance.

 + 2 moreThey installed concrete steps and walkway. Very good to get along with and do what they agree to. They did not put in a flat walk at end of steps on original day of work due I think to a misunderstanding of two brothers. (one did the bid and other the work). Upon asking about this they came back another day and installed the walk, no problem. One minor complaint I have is, they used lumber forms and as a result one of steps has a slight bow in it. Using steel forms would have made this straight.

Description of Work: I called Bacon concrete to come look at my driveway that had sunk at some of the joints. Greg came over the ame day, looked at the driveway and walkway. He said the concrete is in good shape and it would be a shame to tear it up and pour new concrete. Gave me a bid of $6 sf in areas that needed to be torn up and then repoured with new cement. If I just wanted cement poured then it was $3 sf. That included leveling, gravel etc. He then said I should consider mudjacking or lifting as it would be less expensive and would probably work well for my situation. I thought his advice, service and professionallism was to notch and I did go with concrete lifting saving me about $2000. We are going to enlarge our patio and

 + 0 moreWe lost our driveway due to a collapsed sewer system that had to be dug up and replaced. This was an awful experience for us. However, our experience with Bacon Concrete made up for it! We now have a repaired driveway that is beautiful and functional. Greg Bacon arrived on time and oversaw the job. There was excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship. All employees were polite and responsive to the needs of the job
Description of Work: Repair and replace a driveway and sidewalk with concrete and rebar. Create a level parking spot that connects to the sidewalk.
