Jerry went an extra mile to get a good match for the existing stain, including getting the paint store to prepare 4 cans of paints to allow a comparison. He also provided input on type of paint and stain. He had a number of hard working young men that worked with him. There was some damage to flowers,but I did not see a way to the damage since they need to get to the house. Jerry was apparently and overtly committed to please, and he did just that. All and all I would give him unconditional recommendation.

These guys did a great job. Their bid wasn't the lowest and certainly wasn't the highest but we trusted their A rating on Angies list and if there was a higher rating, we'd give them that. The quality of their workmanship is second to none. Very personable and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Jerry and his 3-man crew arrived on schedule and completed this large job in just 3 work-days. They did a very professional job using top quality paint. We made a few changes as the job progressed, and Jerry accepted them happily and without extra charge. We will use BJ Enterprises in the future soon on another task and would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends.

Thanks to high marks on Angie's List, we called Jerry to get a bid for repainting two bedrooms and two bathrooms. He arrived on time for our appointment and was able to give us an estimate before he left. We were impressed with his friendly, courteous manner and his price was fair. We called him to set up a time for the work to be completed. He and a co-worker arrived on time, were again friendly, courteous and respectful of our property. They did a terrific job painting and all the rooms look wonderful. There were a few small paint splatters on our wood trim, which they happily cleaned up, in addition to fixing a small imperfection in the drywall for no extra charge. They cleaned up after themselves and were efficient and professional. The best thing I can say about Jerry is that he is a super-nice, honest, upstanding kind of guy and I felt comfortable having him in our home and around our family. When we have a need for more painting in the future, Jerry will be the only person I call!

I needed to arrange to paint my father's house from across the state. The house is older and has siding that has definitely seen much better days. Jerry was quick to respond with a quote, was competitive with the other quote I received, used quality products, was courteous and professional and made the process easy. I guess I wasn't clear when we talked about scope and Jerry missed the small garage outside of the fence when he quoted it. It came up later in discussion and he threw it in for free. I was a little nervous about not meeting and discussing the project and needing to manage it remotely, but Jerry did a great job and even sent pictures so I could see it before I had a chance to arrange a trip to see it in person. I have seen it in person and it looks so much better. Everything that could be done to make it look better, short of residing it, Jerry did. The house is ready for the winter and the job site was tidy - no drips, no debris left around (except for the touch up paint that he left for us). Overall, I'm exceptionally pleased with the job and would definitely recommend Jerry.

Jerry is part of the family! He not only painted our daughter's house, but ours too. Jerry was exactly the kind of contractor you want to work with. Always on time, communicates well, always cleans up at the end of the day, and most importantly, does great work! Jerry is receptive to questions and concerns, and did a detailed walkthrough at the end. We highly recommend Jerry, and are very happy with the way our house turned out!

We got several bids to paint the complete exterior of our home, and Jerry not only gave us a very competitive bid, but also impressed us with his attention to detail during the estimate. He took the time to point out several problem spots that no other bidder had noticed. He immediately gave us the impression he was interested in doing a thorough and quality job. While other bidders tried to talk us out of 2 coats of paint, Jerry said he always does 2 coats, and that is included in the price. Our first impression was right, because Jerry followed through. He always arrived on time, if not early, and worked hard despite the very hot weather! This was not a small job, but Jerry was done in the week he estimated. He made sure we did a walkthrough when he was done, and made sure that we were 100% happy with his work. Overall, the results were fantastic!! He was great at communicating through the whole process, and a joy to work with! I have lost track of how many people have yelled from their car window how nice our house looks! I know we won't need our house painted for many years, but if we did, Jerry would be the first one we'd call! Very easy to work with, fantastic results, great price. Highly recommended! Mr. Hall got back to us quickly when we requested a bid, was able to fit our job into his schedule in a timely mannner, and finished in just a few days, sticking to the bid he gave us. We had called some of the references he gave us, and they had nothing but positive things to say about him as a person and as a painter. The project turned out beautifully.

Jerry showed up to look at House/Shed/Fence/Deck to create bid. I knew instantly he would get the job ,but still went through the process of getting 4 other bids. Once you've talked to Jerry you'll know why I liked him, he's personable, knows his stuff and is just a straight up guy who knows his job and knows it VERY well!!! Jerry got the job, all delays were of my own doing (waiting for door installer to finish work). As soon as I told Jerry that the work was done and the house was ready 'BOOM' he showed up... He started by power washing EVERYTHING, house/shed/deck/fence and then back after 2 days to do all the work. Cleanup and inspection went smooth and hassle free... Well all I have to say is AMAZING work and AMAZING workers!!! Jerry is simply the best, and I mean "BEST!" Not only inexpensive and fast, but simply the BEST!!! So go ahead, get a bunch a bids and then get one from Jerry at BJ Enterprises, you'll see what I'm talking about the instant you meet him... 'nuff said, RT

The painting took 3 days and I am very pleased with the professionalism of Jerry and Kalib.

After the horrendous job of stripping the wallpaper from the living room walls of our 'new' old house myself, I decided to get some help with the next step. Jerry answered his cell phone immediately when I called his business number and was over to give us an estimate the same evening. Even though he has done extensive renovations he was perfectly willing to help us out with our small project. He came to the house three different times to patch, sand, and prime the walls and did the work quickly, neatly and professionally. He was thoughtful (such as offering to hang plastic over the doorway from the living room to the dining room since I had mentioned that paint and chemical fumes bothered me.) I also asked for advice on painting the exterior of our house and after looking at it he recommended we NOT paint, but hire someone else to have it re-sided, due to the buildup of layers of paint on the house, and he gave us the name of someone he recommended - obviously giving us his best advice even if it meant losing a job. Besides doing a great job Jerry was also very soft spoken and personable, an easy person to have around your house. We would hire him again any time.

I would HIGHLY recommend Jerry Hall for any paint job you may need. Pricing was more than fair, he was very communicative, showed up just as promised, and work was done quickly and accurately. I knew Jerry Hall was a lifesaver when I called him, from other work he had done for me in the past. I credit him with saving my house from default on a construction loan when the general contractor skipped on me. Jerry stepped in and finished everything to perfection. He was always on time, cheerful, skillful and just an absolute relief. He literally saved the day. So he was the only one I thought of when I needed an excellent paint job in a hurry. This was a stealth job. My daughter had started to paint her kitchen before she left on her honeymoon, but left before she could finish. It was a mess. Wouldn't it be a nice surprise to have that job done when she got home? Jerry is the kind of guy you have no problem handing over a key to your daughter's house while she is away on her honeymoon. If that doesn't say it all, I don't know what does. He is honest, courteous, neat, careful, and as close to a miracle worker with a paint brush as you can get. He showed up on schedule (this was on short notice, and HAD to fit into a small time window in order to be done, and dry!, as a surprise). He matched the paint that she had started with exactly. He was careful and respectful and not a drop of paint was to be found where it shouldn't have been. And best of all, he did impeccable work, as I knew he would. Needless to say, when my daughter and her new husband returned home, they were delighted with the surprise.

Mr. Hall is extremely prompt and responsive when you first call. Very helpful about colors, paint quality, prices, etc. Not afraid to tell you if something will not work well or stand up to weather conditions which in this area are rough to say the least. He is fast, neat, a very pleasant manner and does not leave anything for you to clean up. I am extremely happy with what he has done for us and would not hesitate to call him or refer him!!
