 + 1 moreSTEER CLEAR! We contacted Michael for a chimney inspection prior to buying a home. He quoted $600. We called a reputable chimney company who charged $150 for the same service. We called Michael cancelling the tentative appointment within 10 minutes of setting it. He became irate, said we owed a $175 cancellation fee, and threatened to sue us. When we refused to give our credit card number, he bombarded us with aggressive text messages, called and lied to our real estate agent, and even the escrow company to force payment at closing or he'd put a lien on the property (not legal). We've never dealt with someone so unhinged. Hateful behavior towards a disabled veteran.
