The business refused to do a repair even though they gave me a written warranty that was allegedly good for 6 months. I made my complaint the day the water was hooked up to my fridge and it leaked all over. When I asked why they would not fix this under their warranty, the store manager said something like, "I've been here 20 years and we've never fixed something like that." This made no sense to me and when I asked for a better explanation of why my problem did not fit into their warranty, he had no other reply.
Description of Work: I purchased a refrigerator from them and it had a broken water line when it got to my home. I did not know this until the water was hooked up about 3 weeks later. I needed them to repair or replace the water line. I have attached a picture of where the water line is broken inside the fridge where the line meets the water filter.
