The work wasn't always amazing, but about what I expected for the cost - their prices are extremely reasonable. However, twice they forgot to plug outlet covers back in after vacuuming. We have young children so this was a safety issue for us.

Description of Work: I hired a team to help me "deep" clean my home. Firstly, one of the girls was making personal calls while on my time. I had to show them how to deep clean several areas. |I did a cursory look over their work but they had an appointment for one of their children and couldn't stay to take care of my concerns. |After they left I started really looking at their work. The laminate floors were horribly streaked, furniture was not dusted thoroughly, on, under, or around. Several of the window tracks were completely missed. The window tracks were specifically places I wanted done. I really wasn't pleased and contacted the owner and sent follow up photos. |A second crew was sent a couple of weeks later for a lesser amount of time. They did a general cleaning which was decent but still not what I contracted. |I would not recommend.

I've hired Amaculate for biweekly cleaning indefinitely. Because I'm outside of town, they charge me am extra $10 per visit, but, the regular rate is reasonable. $84 for two people for 2 hours. After hiring Merry Maids for regular service several months ago, I feared I wouldn't be able to find anyone who could do the job. Merry Maids were so terrible I had to cancel our contract. Amaculate has been on the job for a couple of months, now, and I am very happy with their work. Mona and Denise have done a great job, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Amaculate on Friday afternoon, June 26th. I had called a couple of other cleaning companies prior to Amaculate and no one was available due to the upcoming holiday. Theresa worked with me to find a schedule for the following week to clean all three houses. The cleaning staff arrived on time, cleaned thoroughly, and dealt with a potentially tough situation in a professional manner. I would use Amaculate Housekeeping Service again.

Description of Work: Theresa was very responsive to my call for getting a rental property cleaned in a hurry. She fit us in within a few days and her price was very fair. Her girls even went the extra mile and cleaned some things I hadn't asked them to.

Amaculate Housekeeping has provided monthly cleaning services for approximately six years. Cleaning service is excellent. They always make any adjustment that are necessary with cleaning, products used or rescheduling cleaning dates. Very detailed cleaning provided.

I have had them for about 13 years. They come for me every other week. They are great! I have them do basic housecleaning. They have different employees who do the housecleaning, but I use Georgian and she does an excellent job! She is very thorough, quick, she is very attentive to detail. She comes for 4 hours.

They are great. I used them once a month and I have been using them for about a year. They are personable and they do a good job. They do basic housecleaning for me and I feel like I can trust them. 2 members come out to clean and they stay for about 2 hours. They are also very attentive.

Horrible and stressful event look up at the provider do tells the story.
Description of Work: they hire convicted felons, who stole my checks and a credit card use them and when I confronted her she said the job was preformed and too bad things were stolen. She tried to turn it around on me and tried to use my polite words against me to the Attorney Generals office.the right thing to do was to admit she hired a felon and at least returned my money I paid to clean me out and rob me. She felt job was performed and was very rude. She alss is a member of the Spokane Club and good friends with the head of BBB in Spokane so you will get nothing in response .

We cleaned for this member one time the Spring of 1999 (14 years ago). She was very happy with the cleaning at the time and was present during the whole cleaning.She did a walk through with the ladies and tipped them as they left. Weeks later, when she had a problem with her credit cards, she suspected our employees.Our employees were checked out and no involvement was found.We do background checks on our employees, and are very careful with all our hires. We tried to resolve this at the time with our local BBB to no avail. We bend over backwards to keep our customers happy and to maintain their good will. Unfortunately, there was nothing more we could do.

I have used Amaculate Housekeeping Service for several years and have been very pleased with their services. The housekeeper that comes presently is superb. In the past, with other employees of Amaculate, if I have had a problem, the owner has taken care of it in a timely manner and has sent someone else.
