Called and emailed for a bid. Mr. Wright showed up to look the job over and I've never heard anything since. I texted his phone but still no response . Seems like we both wasted of time.

He promised a quote in a couple days. No call. I called him, he put me off for two more days. This process happened one more time before I gave up. Haven't heard from him since.

I called this man and set up an appointment for him to come give an estimate. He asked me to call and remind him the friday before he was to come. I did. He couldnt give me a time when he would be at my home so my husband and I took turns running errands someone would be here when he arrived. He didn't ever show up or call to cancel. My husband called Mr Allwrights cellphone at 5 pm. Mr Allwrights did not answer the call or return the message.

Excellent communications!!! Took the job and Saturday and had it finished on Monday... couldn't ask for a better experience. The concrete finisher was a perfectionist; matched the existing concrete exactly. They left the job site neat and tidy with no clean-up for me to do. Highest recommendation!

Talked to the owner by phone twice to coordinate him coming by my place. He was to call me the next day, Saturday, to set a time to come by. He never called, never showed, I have not heard from him since.

Monday = arrived with a sod cutter and removed the sod from the area to be side walked. They also hauled the sod away.Tuesday = returned early and prepared the project with 1x5's and rebar.Wednesday= Poured and finished the project. Cleaned up after them selves. Were very courteous and professional.

This was not the typical job for most concrete contractors. I had a concrete foundation poured for a Amateur Radio tower. Five by five square and almost 8 feet deep, almost 10 yards of concrete. Mike was the only contractor who was really interested in tackling the job out of those I contacted here in Spokane and he did a great job. Their was a large rebar cage that had to be built, and he did it according to spec as the Building Inspector had no problem signing the foundation inspection. The foundation looked nice and he even came back with his Bobcat to help me set the tower in place and get it leveled. About the only negative thing I can say is that they probably should have spray washed the dirt off the cul-de-sac from running their Bobcats around to keep the neighbors happy.
