+ -1 moreThey're awesome. Everything has been fine. He's telling you what he was doing and why he was dropping pebble. He started me for a little job and the next time we needed something little more, he came right away when he said he would and the price was just fair.
Description of Work: He did one job in the spring and one in the fall.

Description of Work: They replaced entire heat pump setup. They had to work with my contractor to coordinate times. They did a great job, very professional and pleasant. They checked back after to make sure all was going well. When I did have questions they were very prompt in getting back to me and answering all my questions.

+ -1 moreSaw them at a home show and I liked their "NON SALESMAN" approach. Had them come out and give me a bid and arranged service. I love that they seem to really want to get you the system that makes the most sense but not the most expensive, no high pressure sales stuff. They were very accomodating with the schedule and came out one day and removed the old heater (so I could work on the area behind the heater), came a couple days later as arranged and installed the new one. These guys are very concerned with getting the job done right and at an affordable price. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
Description of Work: Remove and replace existing Gas Heater with high efficiency model, run new PVC exhaust pipe.
