+ 0 moreNo matter what local ADT service office you call, you get switched to a national ADT representative!! My appointment was cancelled by ADT the morning of the appointment!!!
Description of Work: ADT technician scheduled to come out and look at low battery in siren. After making arrangements to be home during my window of 12:00- 5:00 pm, I get a call the morning of repair to say that they don't have the battery they need and can reschedule for 1 week later! When I told them that I had taken off from work and asked them why they didn't confirm if they had the correct battery when I called 2 days prior to make the appointment, they had no answer! They did suggest that I could take a look at the siren box myself and purchase the needed battery at Target or Walmart since I had the day off!

+ -1 moreWithout doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with. Even when you cancel in writing with a letter sent by certified mail, they keep on billing. Look on the internet to see numerous similar complaints. Once they have you checking account number they own you.

+ -1 moreWent well except they made a mess drilling holes and stringing wires and didn't clean up after at all. Other than that, they were fine and professional.
