ADEPT CONSTRUCTION

Jason was recommended by a friend of a friend who had done a major remodel. He was happy to accept my first small project (the decorative "doorway" in the yard, did a beautiful job of making suggestions, designing and even through in a last minute embellishment. He was fast, personable, professional and received my dog's seal of approval too. Jason is very creative, skilled and loves a challenge. He's an artist with a hammer. When I asked his opinion on replacing the window with a slider along with the other 3 windows, he said "No problem" and turned in a bid that reflected his awareness of my tight finances. He acquired all the materials, showed up exactly when he promised, worked almost non-stop each day and finished when he said he would, cleaning up the mess each day. Always polite and fun to have around and an absolute perfectionist. He takes great pride in his workmanship. The following year I asked him to give me an estimate on refencing the back yard. I would have had him do it anyway because I like and trust him, but his bid was actually the lowest anyway. Again, another big job executed quickly and exactly as I wanted. The surprise was that I had made a comment that I hesitated to make the fence solid only because my dog likes to spy on the neighbors, but I needed the privacy. Jason selected a few pieces that had knot holes about 3 ft off the ground and knocked them out so my dog has peep holes! Now everyone is happy!

The job went very fast and was beauitful when finished. He brought the steps on both sides up to code, installing three steps instead of two. The finish trim was perfect. He was finished in a day and half including a beauiful stain job.

Very easy to work with from initial proposal through final sign off. Provided a professional bid. Hit the time estimates dead on. Repaired a couple minor areas that weren't to satisfaction without any hassle. During the build, suggested a couple modifications that resulted in a better final product. Accepted change orders during the process and didn't 'nickel and dime' us on them. Very professional and very conscientious. Will hire Jason for more work in the future.
