+ -1 moreA very good experience. These folks know their stuff. The whole staff is great to talk to, and don't freak out at having to deal with women customers, which is a chronic problem with so many equipment dealers. Not sure what they're afraid of, I have money and hardly ever bite. We ordered a new backhoe for our Kubota L3400 tractor. From ordering to installation it was a smooth process. They made one mistake and left off a part they were supposed to install, so they sent a tech out the same day to install it. Everyone makes mistakes; what counts is how the vendor fixes them. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Installed new backhoe on my Kubota tractor & performed a comprehensive maintenance service, changing out all fluids & filters and front to back inspection.

Description of Work: They repaired our lawn mower. It seemed to take a long time, but they needed to order a few parts but did not tell me that. I thought they were really slow, but really just didnn't communicate about the parts order. The lawn mower was repaired very well. The service was phenomenal. I accidentally left my checkbook on the service counter. The staff diligently contacted my bank to get in touch with me so I would get my checkbook back. What a great effort to do the right thing! Impressed me very much and relieved me of the stress of losing my checkbook.

+ -1 moreThey tune up my tractor and saved me $100.00. I will have them work on my lawn tractor from now on.The employees at Adams tractor are great, from the woman that answers the phone to the technicians. I was very impressed with all of them.Excellent company and people.
Description of Work: I wanted to get my Cub Cadet lawn tractor tune up for the season, I have an acre to mow. The shop that did the warranty work, wanted to keep my tractor for 2 to 3 weeks and charge me $250.00. So I called Adams tractor and talked to Brian, he quoted a $150.00 and said he could get my tractor back to me in a week.I had Adams tractor pick up my lawn tractor and tune it up. They had it back to me in a week and the charge was $100.00 less than the other shop.
