Wonderful! The crew was highly skilled, very friendly, and willing listen to some ideas I had. As a result, the new gutters look absolutely amazing, and, with the team having tested for drainage, I know these gutters will work as required. Overall, a great experience!

He took a deposit and ran. Good talker but a thief is a thief. I have the contract but after months of I will have it done by…..and nothing happens. I have reported him to Angie’s list. Due to an uncovered roof I have suffered innumerable further damages which when I asked for his insurance information he over and over said he would “take full responsibility “.

The owner (David) responded immediately with a phone call and arrived the same afternoon for a site survey. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and responsive. He sent me a very detailed/professional quote the following day, and started the work a couple days later. The quality of his work was outstanding, and I will continue to use him for future roofing needs. His responsiveness was unparalleled, especially in Idaho, where it is difficult to get trade workers to respond via call, text & show-up. He went above and beyond, while keeping me informed of his progress and asking for my approval, at different stages, as he progressed, to ensure he was meeting my expectations. I Highly Recommend Him!!

Dave and his team replaced roofing and vinyl siding on our home. He pays attention to detail. Dave easily answered any questions that we had because he does the work himself and knows what needs to be done to do it right and have good results. He communicated with progress reports regularly. He has high standards for quality and demands it of his crew. He responded to our concerns quickly and followed up to our satisfaction. We're very satisfied with the finished results. We would hire him again if needed and recommend him highly. We give 4.8 out of 5 only due to it took longer than he had anticipated to complete the project. The replacement went excellent! The guys were very respectful, and professional, and they didn’t waste any time. I was surprised they even went the extra mile to make sure there weren’t any nails or debris leftover in my yard or driveway when they were done. If in the future I need any roofing, I know right where I’ll go and won’t hesitate to recommend Absolute Roofing to anyone I know with roofing problems.

David Norton is a flat out thief, do not ever use his services. He stole my entire $5000 deposit, performed no work and I have never heard from him again
