+ -1 moreAMAZING. Listen - this is the guy you want. He went so above and beyond with the quality of work that I was blown away. He showed me what the last person who painted the house did wrong, and what he does that others don't do. It's the small things you and I may not notice, but your house will as it ages. For example, caulking around the tops of all the windows. It hadn't been done, so water had been leaking in all of these years doing damage. Sealing all nail holes. Should a painter have to do this? No, he shouldn't. Would most painters? No, they won't. Is it critical to helping your house age well? Absolutely. This is just one of the many, many, many details that he took care of. The fact that he BUILDS houses on the side for fun makes him understand construction as well - not just painting. BTW, many painters wouldn't attempt doing my house - it's 3 stories on a hill-side - not easy. With him, no problem. I can't give this guy a high-enough rating.
