The experience was good.

Did great job. Heavy snow made job dangerous. Other tree services would not respond because of weather.

Excellent service. On time. Polite. Professional. Careful cleanup.

First called them on 5/4/11 Jim Harm, agreed to meet with us in two hours, was right on time, we went over the problems, Jim gave me his recommendations and price and we agreed. The next day his crew came at 8 am., went to work and by 11 am they were completely done, with really no trace that they were here other then two trees gone and the rest trimmed up. Clean up was very well done. Larry from the crew also gave me advice on how to stake a tree to help prevent the wind from loosing up the roots anymore. Would highly recommend them.

The owner gave me a bid and was very prompt and courteous. I was not home when the job was done, but they did a very nice job removing dead limbs and thinning of large pine trees as well as clean up. They even removed a small pile of brush and limbs from some work I had done which was in the area of the trees. They were careful not to damage any of the surrounding vegetation as well. My only complaint is that he would have negotiated to a better price if I had decided at the time of the estimate to proceed since he would have coordinated my job with another in the area. He did not mention this, and I wanted to get other bids. Nevertheless, I would have them do other work with this in mind.

This was the third time I have used their service. They are friendly and professional in their work. Anyone can cut a tree down and remove it but with Aardvark other than the trees being gone there is no evidence that they were here.Their clean up is exceptional, they respect your property. I highly recommend this company.

These guys controlled traffic very well, took down this big bull pine very carefully, and cleaned up to my standards. No damage to my sprinkler system even though heads were under and alongside the tree. The owner even took the stump trimmings which was not included in the agreement. I willingly paid him extra due to the fact he provided excellent services. I highly recommend this business as an ethical and honest company. They do what they say they will, do and more.

Fast and efficient. No surprises! We had lower price estimates, but I was happy to pay a little more for professional work.

The owner initially did not call us back as promised, but once we did connect on the phone he apologized and explained the circumstances why. Once we had a date and time set, they were prompt and very courteous. As with any landscaping company you should always be present throughout the job to make sure your trees and plants are being trimmed the way you want (I learned this the hard way with other companies in the past) as the crew can't read your mind and will not know how much or little you want pruned, or how you want things shaped, unless you are there to tell them. I had a VERY exact idea of what I wanted and they were great about working with me to make sure my yard turned out exactly as I wanted it. They also gave me good advice for future maintenance and even left a load of wood chips and leaves from their truck for me to use as mulch. Cleanup was excellent and when I pointed out out that some clippings had gotten on the neighbor's carport roof and driveway they went right over to clean that up as well. I was very pleased with the job done and will definitely use their services again.

Overall, this was a great experience. During the estimate the advice was clear and precise. The crew that did the job acted professionally and friendly. These men went above and beyond expectations.

Astoundingly good customer service and work team. I called for an estimate and within 2 hours, Mr. Harm (owner) was at my home. He explained in detail the work to be performed and gave me an estimate that was several hundred dollars below one I'd received from another company. Later that afternoon I received a call saying they had an opening in the schedule and would be able to perform the work if I was willing. It was an extremely hot day but his team did an amazing job; they were organized, polite, and upbeat despite having undoubtedly already put in a full day in the heat. In a very short amount of time they had dealt with these two very tall, scraggly trees that had plagued me for years, to include delimbing and then cutting the wood into fireplace length rounds which they then neatly stacked alongside my house with my other firewood(!) Oh yes, and then both stumps were ground. In order to do the job my mailbox had to be uprooted and this, too, was put back into place (better than it was before.) After the job was done, the entire area was neatly swept.

They were done in about 50 minutes! It was amazing! The clean up was wonderful. They have all the big equipment and it makes for an easy job. They have 5 people working the job at once. They gave us a 5% senior discount. They did such a good job, that our neighbor came over and hired them to come the next day to take down some big trees on their property and grind stumps. They gave us the wood for firewood. We are asking them back in the spring to prune our 4 fruit trees, and two others!

On Monday, I called the company answering service and received a return call within 30 minutes. On Tuesday, a detailed estimate was left at my house and I contracted over the phone that night. On Wednesday morning the crew of four arrived and all worked steadily. I was very happy with the results. The next week I recommended the company to a friend and she received the same level of high quality service. I would recommend them to everyone.

From the first phone call to schedule an estimate to the clean-up at the end, Aardvark was responsive, professional and courteous. We got several bids at the beginning and they came in at about half the price of the other two bids we got. The Arborist was helpful and informative during the estimate, explaining clearly what they would do and why. When I called to schedule the actual service they were able to come the next day. They started promptly, worked quickly and steadily until it was done, and cleaned up thoroughly. Absolutely no complaints and we'll definitely use them again.
