A+ Concrete Curbing

The owner of the Co's. explanation and warrantee for the work performed concerning the end result is where this Co failed. He explained that there probably would be some cracks appearing after the curbing dried because it was very hot out when he installed it, but not to be concerned because his warrantee covers it and he explained how he would be able to fix it. Sure enough there were 5 areas that cracked. I called him up and spoke with him on the phone about it. He said no problem, but to wait a little longer until Spring time in case more cracks appeared so he could fix them all. Well Spring came and went, I called this owner numerous times and he even set up two dates for the repair, but each time I waited for him he never showed up! The summer passed and numerous e-mails exchanged but no service ever came and he eventually stopped responding to my attempts to get him to make good on his warrantee. I should have taken him to small clams court, but the hassle just isn't worth it and that is what he is most likely counting on. I still have all his e-mail correspondents saved for proof. He will not make good on his work as promised. UPDATE: After the better business burro contacted this Co, they finally did come back and make good on the warrantee. The owner apologized for not getting back with me and he did replace all the broken and cracked sections. There were no smiles exchanged for the most part, but he was professional in his work and completed it all in a full day and left.

They were fast, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job! They even charged us less than the estimate, charging us for the actual amount of work. They offered to come over later to cover up their work if it started to rain. Great job!!
