They were great - an attention to detail that set them above other estimates we received.

Project was delayed but Chris kept us informed of status. They took down outside lights but didn't put them back up saying due to the fact they aren't electricians so need to hire someone to do this. Installers were friendly.

Chris worked very hard to address any concerns I had, and explained the process so that I could understand it.

End result looks great. Had some issues with timing. Long time to completion. But it looks great.

Great working with the sakes rep and the installer. Left a couple of minor things I think they could have addressed but can & will manage it in my own. Thought the bid/ estimate was way too high on the gutter removal/replacement but thatâ s the way it is.

I called for a couple estimates on my siding project. 2FL was 1 of 3 estimates I received. They were priced in the middle of the 3, but the sales guy was the most honest and genuine so we decided on 2FL. Chris was very communicative throughout the project. He didnâ t make promises that couldnâ t be kept and we appreciated that. Having had a lot of work on our house recently, some contractors have promised expedited timelines despite supply and labor shortages. Chris was really honest about these things from the start and thatâ s primarily why we chose him. He gained our trust fairly quickly with his honesty. There were some set backs with labor and our project was delayed about 2-3 weeks beyond our tentative start date which was 2 months out as it was, but Chris kept open lines of communication about this. When the project was delayed, we didnâ t feel that we were somehow lied to about the timeline because Chris had all the supplies delivered to the house already and things were set up. He was paying for the port-a-potty and the giant dumpster during this time so he was ready, but a crew was behind on another job and he was up front about that. The guys who were assigned to our job were great. They were on the project every day and worked long hours. They were neat and didnâ t leave a mess behind. The siding looked great and I noticed their attention to detail with caulking, the corner cuts, and the way the pieces fit together. We had a couple things arise during the project that canâ t be planned for until you start opening things up and seeing whatâ s behind the existing siding and whatnot. We had an asbestos scare, but after a survey, it was resolved and we lucked out. No asbestos. Chris was very easy to work with. Heâ s open, honest, and has a lot of integrity. When youâ re doing home improvement projects, itâ s important to be realistic about possible scenarios like asbestos behind existing siding or labor shortages. These things are beyond the companyâ s control so while itâ s frustrating that your timeline might be pushed back a bit, it would happen with any company thatâ s hired. What I liked about Chris in this situation is that he has great communication and works collaboratively, not unilaterally. If I had a complaint, it would be that 2FL does subcontract so you never know what youâ re going to get with the crew. With that said, I felt that 2FL has a good â pickerâ and we got a good crew. I would highly suggest 2FL, or more specifically, I would highly recommend Chris.

They were quick to respond to my request for an estimate and give the estimate in less than a week. Chris is very professional and responsive to questions and concerns. I would recommend them for all your window and siding needs.

Broken window frame during installation. It took more then 6 months to have them to come and replace it. Also, window frames grossly stained gaps between the frames and the siding! We contacted them many times and we were pushed back. More then six months later, they came and painted over the stains. They were saying that they were busy with new projects, etc. The gaps between the window frames and the siding still remain and we had not heard from them ever since.

2FL was grreat to work with, from Sales - installation - Admin - Billing. The project went very smoothly, the workmanship was solid adn the turnaround from order to install was expedient (roughly 4 weeks). I would absolutely recommend this contractor!

We had to wait a LONG time, possibly due to covid, for the windows to come. Then they come without screens and we had to wait even longer. However, we are very happy with the finished project.

These guys sold me on paying extra for their superior installation method. It was the poorest job of window installation I had ever seen (this was one of many rental houses I owned, so I have done a great many window replacement projects). Everything they said they would do was ignored. While they eventually cobbled enough of it together so that I eventually paid them, I considered them to be essentially grifters just hoping their customers were too stupid to know what a quality job is supposed to look like.

I ordered replacement windows for the entire home on September 2nd with the understanding the new windows would be installed by the end of September because the house is vacant and for sale. This was the selling point for me. The windows were installed on October 27 which meant I had to pay an additional month mortgage. In addition, one window was broken during installation and one screen was missing. Read the invoice carefully. It says if the supplier does not deliver the windows on time then too bad for you and your 50% deposit. I gave 2 stars because the installers were good workers and had all the windows replaced in 4 hours.

Worst contractor company I have ever worked with. They do not return your calls.

Never was happy with their service and communication. I have had to call on another contractor to fix their horrible job. 25K wasted. They promise a 5 year fix it till your happy but they dont honor that promise

2-F-L has been great every step of the way, from sales to working out a good start date, to their manager and on-site personnel. Everyone is incredible. There have been a few minor questions arise and every step has been customer-centered. It truly feels that they are looking to produce the best quality work to have a content customer. We are looking forward to the final product, but can already see, the on-going nice change of our home. Thank you Terry. They are reliable.

The salesman was upfront about the product. The installers knew what they were doing. I had hired another company through Lowes and the person who installed just one kitchen window did a very poor job but Rob from 2FL pointed out all the errors and deficient product used and (with his recommendation) I contacted Lowes to repair the poorly done job. The windows 2FL put in were fine.

Fantastic installers and accounting person.

It took just 2 days to rip off my old roof and install my new roof. The roof matches the trim on my house and is beautiful. They did a excellent job.

Customer service was not good. Dropped off materials but they sat there for a month while trying to get one of their people to install it.

They have not yet performed the work, just getting scheduled. So far, their sales person is really good. He took the appropriate amount of time explaining the options and the differences and answering all of the questions i had. I also asked him about my exterior siding, and he was refreshingly honest and said it didn't look to need any repairs currently. I will update their quality ratings once windows are installed.
