The price was very reasonable compared to other bids. The bay window looks absolutely beautiful. The Bay window replaced a plain front window. All installation and quality of work was done professionally down to the outside and inside trim Everything was left clean including washing windows after installation. The crew Mike, Clint, Ryan, Patrick and Jeremy were friendly and easy to work with. The windows are above average quality and the workmanship of the crew was terrific. We will enjoy our new Bay window, windows and door for years to come.

The owner answered the phone on the first ring and was more than happy to help me. He sent Todd up to my house whose professionalism and knowledge are second to none. He measured all of my windows and sent me a bid for the windows that was extremely professional and well done and I received it that same afternoon via email. I am more than impressed with this company and will definitely refer them and use them going forward.

After an in home consultation (note that we're thirty miles away from their facility) we agreed on the scope of work and number of repairs/replacements and approximate cost. The owner (Todd) gave us a very detailed work and material, fixed price, estimate (always a good thing and a good sign of a reputable business). When we went in to choose our new door etc. we changed our minds (several times actually before we both agreed, although not unusual for a husband and wife actually getting to see the doors, glass, etc for the first time ... just saying) regarding the door, the door glass, and the adjacent window. Todd was very helpful and very patient during the process and provided knowledge and guidance based on our questions and desired outcome. When my wife and I finally figured out exactly what we wanted, Tod sent us a revised (again very detailed quote) and we authorized the work and provided a partial down payment. After the parts were ordered and the door etc. was outfitted and stained we set up the date and time for the work. The day of the work, a crew of three showed up, (the entire crew was awesome by the way) on time with all the contracted merchandise. The time to complete the work was estimated to take less than one day ... but we all know that once you actually get into the "guts" of the job that there can be unpredicted surprises. The removal of our picture windows turned out to be much more difficult than anticipated, this due to years of sun, heat, and cold that basically melted the original mounting material to the window frames of our house. Also, the window adjacent to the front door (which was originally glass block) was framed in a non-standard way. Well, basically it took two more trips for reframing, and then re-staining (the stain shop accidentally got the stain on the frame for the new window wrong and it didn't match the door). So, things happen when you get into the job ... but now the good part. The crew was professional, courteous, kind, and dare I say FUN! These guys take immense pride in their work and are perfectionists ... as is their boss. They apologized for any added inconvenience that the additional problems had caused (and again, not their fault in any way). I talked to Todd about the scope of the job, which had increased due to unforeseen problems, and asked him if he needed/wanted more money because of the complexity of the job. He stated that he had quoted a firm, fixed price and appreciated our offer, but we had a contract, and that he was fine with it (I know that he did not make anywhere close to the profit that he had anticipated). To me, the quality, timeliness of their work and the honor and integrity the he, and his entire crew demonstrated is exemplary (and rare if you read some of the contractor nightmares that other people have endured). On the last day of the installation (it was Nov.17th ... yes the big windstorm that did so much damage in this area) there was a slight howling noise from the new skylight (most likely due to the 60 -70 M.P.H. gusts of wind). The lone crew member sent out to finish the job (it was now dark and beyond quitting time with dangerous winds) insisted that he wanted to go up on our roof to make sure that the weather stripping etc. was correct and that there were no problems. I thought is was way too dangerous as our house if two stories, so you're up there a ways and it's a long way down, this while we were experiencing record winds at the time. But ... up he went (my only contribution at this point was to hold a spotlight to try and at least make it so he could see where to step). He pulled the skylight, added more weather strip and remounted it. Then he did a "smoke check" to make sure that there was no air leakage. (Thanks Ryan ... I still think you're crazy). At any rate, throughout this entire process, we felt that we were among friends, and friends that we trusted. If you have read this far, you know that we fully recommend Window Replacement Systems (I have already given their card to our neighbor who needs some door/window work). We were very happy with service provided. We called two companies from Angie's list and only Window Replacement Systems got back to us with our estimate in a timely manner. We thought the price was industry fair, the wait time was only 3 weeks, and the employees were all communicative and professional. We will be using them again to replace another window in the future.

Marcus would have replaced the window if Cascade Windows was unable to do it.

I left a message with this company and was given a return call with thirty minutes, the person was very knowledgeable and professional. He was at my home within two hours of my initial call taking measurements, and giving quotes. The window was replaced beautifully by ten the next morning. Other window companies quoted as long a two weeks just to get the window ordered then another wait for repair, and several hundred dollars more expensive. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be using them again.

We got three estimates for window replacement. I hadn't realized one of the companies was affiliated with a firm I don't care to do business with so their bid was disregarded. One of the estimates we received was too high and the other was too low for the work involved. Window Replacement Systems' estimate was in the middle, but slightly higher than what I expected. Initially the installation was scheduled prior to them receiving the windows from Cascade and was canceled the day the installation was to have occurred. Yes, they did call to inform me, but I had already arranged to take the day off work. When the windows were installed the crew was well prepared and professional. It was obvious this was not their first rodeo. The window casings were removed and trimmed to match the new windows. All nail holes were caulked. All construction debris was removed. It was a very good experience. I was slightly shocked when the installation was completed that payment was due immediately with a surcharge being added if I payed by credit card. I wasn't aware of that, but maybe it's written somewhere in the paperwork. It was still rather quaint to find the check book and actually write a check.The invoice I was presented did not show my initial deposit so it was necessary to call the office and have the invoice changed. Rightfully so, the installers were not happy with the quality of one of the windows they had received from Cascade and made a note on the walk-through list and assured me I would be hearing from someone to fix the sash. Still hasn't happened. All in all, a good company to do business with.

Our house was built in 1968 and had single pane windows with storm windows. While they were in reasonably good shape, they had been painted shut and could not be opened. Hence, we elected to replace them all (11). The process from estimation through installation was exceptionally professional. While we had to wait a couple of months for them to be installed, due to demands for their service, the end products were well worth the wait. From the removal of the old windows to the installation of the new ones, they were thorough and accurate. The whole process took only two days. Cleanup was amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone having new windows installed or old ones replaced.

Every window company in the entire area was backed up at least 2 weeks before they could even get out to inspect my window & provide an estimate. I was selling my home and on a timeline as it needed to be replaced & re-inspected. Window replacement was very backed up as well, but they found a way to squeeze me in & get my window replaced in a timely manner. Everything went very smoothly and I felt it was a good price. I have a few windows in my new place that could stand to be replaced & will definitely call these guys first.

Window Replacement Services replaced all the windows in my condominium in February 2012. They recommended that I use Ply Gem windows. They did an excellent job and the installers were three extremely likeable guys. My condo is on the third floor, and sits on a ridge. Much of the installation job required maneuvering the extremely heavy, triple-paned windows from outside. The three installers handled the job professionally and skillfully. And, I loved the new windows. They made a big difference keeping cold out in the winter, and heat out in the summer. In September 2014, at the time of this writing, two and a half years later, I noticed that one of the picture widows had shifted slightly, breaking the seal between the window and the window casing, creating a gap between the window and the casing. I called Window Replacement Services, at their request emailed them photos of the problem, and without any further questions, they immediately ordered a new window from Ply Gem. Ply Gem manufactured the new window, and two weeks later, Window Replacement Services arrived and corrected the problem. The two installers were, once again two extremely personable and skilled professionals. It was a pleasure to meet them and to have them in my home. Neither Window Replacement Services, nor Ply Gem windows requested any compensation for either the window or the installation, standing behind their lifetime warranty. My sister had windows replaced in her home about the same time I did. She used a different contractor, and bought a different brand of windows. Now, about three years later, the windows have developed visible defects. She contacted the installers, and they told her she had to deal with the window manufacturer directly. The manufacturer does not respond to her emails or phone calls. I?m extremely grateful that I used Window Replacement Services, and bought Ply Gem windows. I recommend anyone who needs new windows do the same.

Very good experience with them. I like very much the range of windows they offered for replacement. The kind of window that I wanted I was able to get. They came on time. They did a very good job. They did it in a timely fashion. The windows all have lifetime warranties if anything happens. I was just very pleased with their service. I would recommend them. I was just driving down the street the other day and saw their truck in front of another house and thought oh great I am glad they are still in the neighborhood. I thought the price was very reasonable. I cant remember being unhappy about the price.

They were great. everything was done professionally. And in two days. all windows were cleaned and everything picked up. They are welcomed anytime.

Todd, the sales person, was very thorough in what the work would entail, including information re: lead paint and how they would handle that (when 2 other companies did not even address that), the quality of windows I could choose from, and the approximate time the windows would come in. And he was always available with any questions I had. What I didn't appreciate was that they wanted cash or check to get the senior discount, although they advertise on Angie's List that they take credit cards and have the discount, even when I mentioned the fact. The installers, Ryan and Clint, were excellent --- very professional, knowledgeable, detailed, clean, and committed to doing an exemplary job. Overall, it was a positive experience.

It was wonderful. In fact, after a few estimates, I went with them because they were just so efficient and asked me about things that other companies did not. There are some thing that needed to be done and some details could have been overlooked.

In the last 3 years we have dealt with many different companies while selling our home and purchasing another. During this process the team at Window Replacement Systems has been, by far, one of the best! Todd knew his product and gave his opinions on stain color and what he felt would match the best. They guaranteed their installation and used top notch products. The installers were very professional. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked very h****** a very cold January day. Once the job was complete they took the time to explain everything about the installation and mechanics of the doors. When they left, it was as if no one had been there. I wouldn't be surprised if they vacuumed dust off the grass!! Well done for sure. After a month I noticed a little "play" in the storm door and a small bit of water pooling up in the base of the storm door. I called Todd and the same installers were at the house within the week. The issues were very minor and they adjusted everything in about 30 minutes. Everything is perfect. This is an outstanding company with the utmost respect for the customer and integrity throughout. I will be contacting them again when I need more work done in the future. It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone at Window Replacement Systems. Thank You!

All the workers were stung by Yellow jackets, but continued on with their jobs, a couple of them were stung more than once.

Todd was with us through several estimates of what work was needed, as we kept finding more problems with our skywall and adding elements to the job. We think he really kept the costs down and provided excellent advice as to what would work best for us. When it came time for the installation to be done, his men actually showed up a day earlier than the original plan and efficiently did all the work (except caulking, which was delayed a couple of days by rain) within 2 days. The new slider was tied into the existing structure very nicely and the window trim was re-attached expertly. Cleanup was thorough and we enjoyed having the guys here.

It went VERY well, and I was very pleased! The crew was very observant of what they were working around outside and asked where I wanted the excess dirt placed before they even started! All members were courteous and respectful. They arrived on time, did the job and were finished in record time. There was absolutely no cleanup that I had to do after they left.

Personnel showed up when they said they would and started work immediately after protecting property on the exterior and interior. After starting job they worked continually as a team performing their tasks in a professional manner.

Had some issues with communication, but when I FINALLY had the glass installed the installers were great. Very disappointed that the Salesperson argued with me on the phone. You should never yell at or argue with the customer! I was made to feel like my small job wasn't important as their bigger jobs. I have recently spoke with the owner and have worked out some issues, I thought he was very professional and I truly appreciate him calling me regarding my concerns, that to me is good business and I WILL recommend his company! I thought they did a great job. We love our windows. I would use them again. They were on time when they called. They got here when they said they would get here. When they did the work, they were really careful with our house. When they came in here, they were wearing shoe covers. When they went outside, they took care of everything. They cleaned up behind themselves. Just talking with the two guys, they were very personable and friendly.
