The Grounds Guys of Spokane Valley

They replaced sprinklers that were pooling water to the tune of over $400. They also 'adjusted' other sprinklers which afterwards hit the house, fence and gravel. The pooling was worse after the $400!! They said pooling was normal. Then why did you replace the sprinklers??? I was better off before I spent the money. I ended up fixing it myself, including a sprinkler head they had adjusted and broke. After three trips out, I gave up on them. I wrote them locally and to the corporate office with no response. Stay away!

Punctual and professional. Tech had good idea of what to do. Replaced sprinkler control box and ensured all worked properly whern finished.

I arrived home on Thurs. after being away for two weeks for major surgery to find several inches of snow in my driveway. I called The Grounds Guys of Spokane on Fri. morning to see if they could remove the snow so people could get in and out as I was going to need care. They came out and removed the snow by 1:PM and I was able to take care of everything on the phone. It was a pleasure doing business with such professionals.

We have started using them right now. We bought this manufactured home and it was bare ground so we had to start from scratch. Their cost is just the same as everyone, but what I do like about them really well is he will work with you to get the cost down. He will give you ideas so that it would not cost you so much money. He did save us some money. He does quality work. We are very pleased with him so far. So everything has turned out to be true by going through that process. The other company in order to get them to design anything you have to pay them three times as much to get a design. He does not dodge you in price at all. He is just great. He is very customer friendly.

After years of doing our own yards, we have grown more and quot;matureand quot; as well as have achy joints that don't allow us to do much heavy gardening and landscaping. So with purchasing a new house with a large backyard, we found The Ground Guys at the Home and Yard Show and hired them after reviewing other estimates. The initial meeting encouraged us as Scott, the designer, totally and quot;gotand quot; our vision and expanded upon it beyond our expectations! He was onsight for a portion of every day of the 2 week project, and the crew was very skilled, punctual and professional, as well as very personable. Love working with this team and can't wait to have them return for future phases of our landscaping!

It went great overall! We met Scott at the Home and Yard Show and had a great experience with him from start to finish. He came out to the house and surveyed the yard and listened to my needs and wants. He came back with a great visual design and pictures of plants and trees and rocks he proposed using. He patiently explained how these would meet my needs (low maintenance) and wants; he explained how the different plants and trees would burst with color at different times of the year so that each season I'd have something colorful to look at. After getting 2 more estimates, I decided that Grounds Guys (whose monetary estimate was in the middle of the two) was propsing the best VALUE! Not to mention great service. Scott worked patiently with me to modify the estimate and proposal to meet my budget. Once we agreed and signed the contract, they started work within a few days. Scott was there everyday working with and overseeing the crew! It was great to have the person who designed the landscape actually there making it happen. And Scott's crew was great. They were polite and hard working! The end result was amazing. I definitely recommend Grounds Guys...great service, great value.

They're very honest and nice to work with. They give you all the details when you ask for a quote. They talk to me about the bill, they don't just send it to me. They have reasonable prices.
