+ -1 moreI was delighted when I learned the window could be replaced right in my parking lot. After I greeted the worker and backed my car into an open area, I returned to my apartment. The window replacement fits and works smoothly. I was very surprised to learn, after the worker had left, that he didn't vacuum up any of the shattered glass that had fallen into my car. Yes, I should have checked before the worker left. I simply didn't consider that clean-up of the shattered window would not be part of the replacement service. Lesson learned. I think it's also worth mentioning that I found the music playing when I called the business and was put on hold, to be too loud and frustratingly annoying. When I call for a window replacement I'm upset and on edge. I would appreciate soothing, quiet music to listen to while I wait. Am I different from everyone else?
Description of Work: A rear side window had been broken out of my car while it was parked in my covered but not secured parking space. My insurance company had it replaced.

Description of Work: Repaired two rock chips in windshield as part of promotion at a Spokane Indians baseball game. Cost was handled through insurance and no out of pocket expenses. Once completed, I can not tell where the chips were and there has been no hint of any issues with the repair.
