Prentice & Matt were: very professional, clean, friendly, efficient, on time, & stayed on task. We love our new windows - one can hardly tell we are looking through a window they are so good.

Jon was awesome. He showed up on time and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction.

Chris and Josh were our installers and I couldn't be happier. The professionalism, dedication to their craft and overall attitude was truly a blessing to be around for the week during the installation. The entire process from Sales, Marketing, Customer satisfaction to installation was done with the utmost professionalism and while we had a couple of ordering glitches in the process the installation still was executed with great attention to detail. I could not recommend The team at Renewal by Andersen more.

I have had a warranty issue and they did come out and they are going to repair the part that needs to be repaired or they are going to give me a whole new door. It is warrantied for life, so if anything goes wrong with the door the fix it. It is higher than what you can by elsewhere, but at the same time they really stand behind their work. I called them yesterday about the warranty and within two hours they were out here. They did exactly what I wanted them to do. The workers were very professional and they knew what they were doing.

I don?t have anything to compare the price with. We just took advantage of their sale, which seems to be on going. We didn?t search around. I think the quality was good. They were very nice and personable and did a good job. It was 13,245 and then there was a deposit for a little over 1,300, so that brings it up to around $15,000. I was pretty satisfied with the quality. It?s been a while, but I don?t remember anything in terms their work or service.

We love our windows. The cost was high compared to everyone else. The installers were really a class act. They were custom windows and they were exactly what we wanted. Our house is old and we wanted to wood trim to look like the old wood trim, so we got exactly what we wanted. I did have trouble with the project manger getting back to me. I left him a million of messages. They didn't come the first time they were supposed to come. They changed the date. There were three people that came out to complete the job. The workers were amazing and the work was impeccable. They didn't leave any mess, everything was pristine clean. They treated my carpet like it was new and it was not. They were considerate about the neighbors and the noise because they did some sawing and stuff outside. They were very professional.

We couldn't be happier with the service a professionalism at every step of the project. The sales call was punctual and professional. The salesman's information was thorough, but not pushy. He was able to help us customize windows that perfectly match the style of the original windows, but perform with efficiency and ease. With my own research prior to the sales call, I am confident that we chose the best product on the market to look good and function properly for decades to come. The installation team was exceptional. They were on time and clearly had a plan for installation. They worked efficiently, but took care to protect our floors and furniture during the installation process. They were friendly and professional. When Chris and Adam left after just three hours, we had five new windows in place, but otherwise you would not know there had been any remodeling done. The place was spotless! We are happy with the product and the service from Renewal By Anderson. We will be sticking with this company for future replacements.

Our installers, Prentice and Matt, were professional, quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were cleaner than I am while restoring our house. They had the job done within a day in 100+ degree heat, with no breaks. (You need to eat and keep hydrated, guys). We look forward to having the rest of the windows replaced in the next phase... hopefully next summer if all goes well. PS. You would probably get more reviews on this site if you were easier to find. Because we are 200 miles from Spokane, your business name didn't pop up for me to leave a review. I had to add a location - my parents in spokane - to be able to find you. So, either put your address on the review card for people or expand your service reach area? I don't know how this works on your side, but it took me a good 30 minutes to figure this out, and I was ready to give up. But your service was the best, and the product is unbelievable.

The job went GREAT! Shawn and Jon make a good team. They attacked the job the minute they got out of the truck. They were definitely hard workers and didn't waste a move, even in this summer's heat. The work was A+++, with no mess for me to clean up or old windows or scraps for me to clean up. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly. It was a joy to see them work. We will enjoy their finished product for years to come. Thank you Shawn and Jon. Hope to have you back when we replace the large window.

Just had four windows put in, and the trim work was done so well that my husband and I both thought the installers had left our original molding in place until we looked closely and saw that the holes from the blinds we'd removed were no longer there. The windows are beautiful and the workers, Shawn and Jon, were both professional and polite.

Shawn and Jon installed the windows in our home. They installed the windows quickly and cleaned the area each day even though the temperatures were around 98 degrees every day. Shawn and Jon were professional and polite and tried to keep noises to a minimum for us. My son is sensitive to noises and it was really nice for them to help when possible. We have replaced several of our windows since buying our home new. The heat in the home was always hot on bright or sunny days. I installed window tinting, blinds and blackout curtains in most of our rooms to help with the heat. The windows remained closed completely during the summer due to the heat and the A/C remained on for most of the day with little relief. After adding the windows the noise from outside construction was cut back significantly, the temperature changes upstairs and down were now the same. Within 2 days of installation I was able to turn the temperature down in our home 6 degrees and leave the windows open during the days for light. We love the look of the windows and they really improved the visual appearance of our home inside and outside. Thank you.

Shawn and Jon were windows artists! They did a superb job in making sure I was updated and satisfied with their work. They were prompt and cleaned the area as they worked.
