Description of Work: Only docked them on professionalism because they came and did the work without any personal contact. They aerated our lawn last fall. We had marked all our sprinklers and they did no damage but did a fine job of aerating the lawn.

We are left very puzzled with a "D" rating on a sprinkler blowout and customer saying that they "would hire again". This new customer had us out in the fall for a sprinkler blowout w/ inspection. We here at Pacific Lawn Maintenance pride ourselves on top notch customer service (we think our back to back super service awards reflect this) but are unfortunately unable to know if issues arise or if something needs attention unless our valued customers bring it to our attention. We truly hate to see this below average rating. We have been left in the dark to know why as this customer would not communicate with us but rather leave negative feedback and not give us the opportunity to make necessary corrections.

As customer stated, we unfortunately were past the deadline for his neighborhood due to freezing nights and temps colder than we can offer system blowouts safely. Customer was refunded promptly and we look forward to working with them in years to come as they were in the process of moving to this new home last time we spoke. This new customer was very difficult to work with but as always we still appreciate the feedback. She was upset from the "get go" because of our business hours (despite them being clearly posted on our website and also [hyperlink removed]) that we were not able to come by on "any day after 6:00 pm or on Saturday or Sunday". When we were finally able to select a day for our service, we showed up to a yard that was quite literally covered in everything from children's toys, dog and cat waste, and grass that not been mowed in several weeks. She was contacted several times both at her home while crew was present and also afterword's to follow up but homeowner would never return our calls. It is very hard for us here at Pacific Lawn Maintenance to provide a service for a customer that wont communicate with us and then leave us negative feedback. We truly hate to see this but wish this customer the very best in the future when dealing with fellow lawn care companies in our local area.
