I have been very impressed with Josh. He responds quickly to me anytime I contact him. His crews do a good job. If I have a problem, I can be sure he will fix it immediately. He is very professional. His prices are comparable to others and with the Angie's List discount, I am spending less than with others. I would highly recommend Pacific Lawn Maintenance. He is taking care of my rental units and doing an excellent job.

Great! Josh is very professional and calls back if he can't answer.
Description of Work: Snow removal. They have come three times to remove snow and did a great job. They also did a Fall cleanup for $500 for our large yard and outside of the fence and hauled everything away.

All of the services were done with pride and care from both Josh and his employees. All were extremely professional and listened to my requests and answered all my questions. Would recommend them to anyone and will use Josh and his team next year for our outdoor needs. *The only reason I gave a B on "Price" was because the are slightly higher than their competitors, but well worth it!!! Thus, the overall A!!!

Our yard looks better than it ever has. They showed up on time every week and two men cut, mowed and cleaned up the grass clippings every week.
Description of Work: Pacific Lawn Maintenance has mowed, trimmed and blown our grass and yard all summer and has done an excellent job. For an extra fee of $45 per application, they have also applied chemicals to keep our yard looking the best it has ever looked. The owner was extremely prompt in returning any phone calls.

They've been very good. I've gotten them for a second quote for another party and they've been very good. They made the appointments when they said they would. The people who are actually doing the job are great. I have no idea how they're dealing with my dogs but apparently, my dogs love them.

I use them once a week in the spring, summer and fall. They fertilize and cut grass. They also rake leaves and blow out the sprinkler. They are excellent. A full crew comes out and they stay for as long as they need to complete what they came out to accomplish. Sometimes I contact them about what I want them to do, but generally they just come out and do what they are supposed to.

Josh and I agreed how the job would be done and how much it would cost. He did the job, but NOT as we discussed (after he aireated (sp) the yard, he did NOT go back and pick up the plugs as we discussed). When I asked him about it, he just said "sorry" and presented his bill for the full amount.

I Josh (owner @ Pacific Lawn Maintenance) did the work here on this home and made a truly honest mistake on this particular case. We (Customer) and myself had previously discussed aerating the lawn BEFORE power raking so that we would pick up all of the "cores" and following with a power rake for clean up. We typically ALWAYS power rake first and then aerate last. Once again this was my mistake and I felt terrible but after work was done there was little we could do to correct the issue. Here at pacific Lawn Maintenance, customer satisfaction and repeat business is our number one goal. Although very rare, from time to time things like this will happen and we will do everything we can to make things right. Our most sincere apologies here on this issue and we would hope someday for the opportunity to earn your trust/business again.
