I couldn't be more pleased. The two men Josh sent out were very professional and pleasant and went above and beyond their responsibilities to me to do a great job. I hired Pacific Lawn on a special but will certainly be using them in the future.

Company is easy to work with and prompt. Returned at my request to augment service no problem. Definitely worth the cost!

Josh is timely, friendly, and very competent. Our lawn needed SERIOUSLY work, and even though we had our doubts at first, Josh assured us to be a little patient and we would see. Well, boy was he right! We have pictures from last year to this year and the difference is astounding!

The yard work completed was done well and the prices were very fair. However, I'm writing this because I tried to have the vendor come back out to turn the sprinklers back on and also resume yard services this spring. Responsiveness was very slow this year - and when we finally connected he shared he was getting out of sprinkler work - despite his Angie's listing saying he does sprinkler system work. With hearing that, my husband decided to do it himself - tonight we were shocked to find our sprinkler system disassembled under the deck - the person they had work on it in the fall never reassembled it! AND a part was missing so we can't even reassemble it ourselves - the sprinkler technician had made a few trips to the house last fall (needed to get special parts etc...) we had no idea he never finished the work (he told us he did) - unfortunately, we now will call an actual sprinkler expert to come fix what Pacific Lawn Maintenance started and left unfinished. In all fairness the yard work was just fine. The shoddy sprinkler work from last fall that we just discovered tonight and then my experience with them this Spring has totally turned me off on this company. Not happy and we will not use them again.

A year ago I had a front lawn that was a horrible moss bed. I brought in PLM to make it look like a real lawn again, and now, a year later that is what I have. Looks beautiful. They have been doing the mowing, fertilizing, thatching/coring, weed control, cleaning out beds, pest control (including house exterior), sprinkler blowouts, and snow plowing in the winter. I have been very please with their knowledge friendliness, professionalism, and reliability. Prices are competitive as well. I highly recommend them.

It was okay. The guy who came was okay. Usually when you are going to have something done, the local person will call you and say,'I am going to be out there in 20 minutes or, 'I am running late today.' However, there was no time frame. We basically had to wait all day for this guy. His excuse was that he was working on another guy's yard and the guy turned his sprinklers on and so he had to go back to redo it. We asked him, 'If that was the case, why didn't you let us know?' It almost 6 O'clock before he got to our house. The man himself was nice. There was no like, 'Hey, we will be out there in around this time,' or even an AM or PM. Other people say, 'Do you want morning or afternoon?' Usually someone will let you know if they are on their way or if they are running late or anything. This guy didn't do any of that and he had an excuse. We usually go to a hardware store but we had to wait all day. He was nice man. He was also pleasant and clean but it was irritating not to know when he would come. If I had to, I would use them again in future because I have dealt with them and I know they are nice.

I guess they did what I paid for. Half of it was unnecessary but it was my own lack of experience. Even though I asked them questions about it, necessity or value doing it this time of year, it was receding. I know now that the receding and the weed control, I will not do that in the Fall because of all the breaking. and all the Fall and Winter yard maintenance. It sweeps up everything that they put in, at least the seeds. I learned a lesson and I feel that the need for it was exaggerated. Therefore, they're not trustworthy, in my opinion. I won't ever use them. It's not like I can give them a negative review. It's one of those situations that's on the gray area that's where you use for purpose and stuff. It was unnecessary.

It went fine. He did everything they said on the list of things except, adjusting the sprinkler heads. There were things listed in the description that weren't done specifically, the sprinkler head adjustments.

They did a great job for us. Went above and beyond. Will use them in the future.

Prompt, polite and I can already see improvements in the lawn in a short time. I will definitely use this guy again.

Called right away to schedule. Came on time. Helped me turn off the water. Completed the job. No concerns.

Very convenient. Simply pay Angie's List and Pacific Lawn comes out and aerates your lawn within days. No need to be home, they just come out and get it done quickly. Well worth the price because renting the machine is the same price for 4 hours, but you have to transfer the equipment and actually do the work yourself.

Two men arrived on the date and the time frame I was informed they would.. The aeration and overseed was performed professionally and they knew their job well. I was completely satisfied with the service.

Went very well. Bought the deal for winterization of irrigation system, and they reviewed and pulled the pump out of our water feature for no additional cost. Very pleased.

Very well. Josh also answered several of my questions about what is needed to improve and maintain my lawn. Next I will have them do core aeration and over seed my lawn.

Response to my request was timely. The owner of the company was the person who serviced my lawn. I prefer this as they tend to provide excellent customer service as the owner. Very courteous and helpful.

I found Pacific Lawn Maintenance to be wonderful!. They were prompt, helpful, and fair. When you call, be sure to talk to the owner--he seems a really honest guy, trying to do his best to meet your needs.

I called them on July 15th, had a bid on the 16th and workers at my house 2 days later, for last minute yard clean up and tree trimming. My former yard care service that I had used for over 5 years was doing such a poor job that I hired Pacific Lawn to take over my year round yard care. Josh was extremely professional, punctual and fair in his prices. I HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone needing yard care!

Our yard looks great due to the amazing work of Pacific Lawn Maintenance. They got all of our beds looking great, the sprinklers properly adjusted, the lawn lush and green... Josh has taken extra care to make sure our property is looking at its best and we knew we were leaving it in good hands when we moved out of state. Our house sold the first day it was listed, and I appreciate Josh and his crew for making the yard such a great selling point of our home. Josh is amazing to work with and very reasonably priced - couldn't be happier!

Pacific Lawn Maintenance is amazing! Josh was great to work with and he and his team did everything I asked. I had a very short turn around and a few special requests. Josh and his guys did exactly what I asked in the small amount of time I gave them. He handled my special requests without any problem which I'm extremely grateful for. They were professional, showed up on time, and the lawn looked amazing after they finished. In addition, the price was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. Josh was very responsive, quickly returned calls and went out to the job site within a couple days. He was very professional and accommodating. He sprayed the lawn with fertilizer and weed control and had some good suggestions of how to bring the lawn back to life. I will continue to use him and definitely recommend his services.
