Josh was very polite and informational. He made a personal visit to the property and we were able to schedule work to be done. Description of Work: Pacific Lawn Maintenance did a huge clean-up job in my back yard. While I am quite satisfied with the work overall, there were still a few weeds that didn't get pulled the first time out. The owner, Josh DeMers, was very responsive and excellent to work with, and sent his guys out to finish the job a few days later. My only small complaint is that there were still some small weeds that didn't get pulled on the second visit, but this was a minor enough thing that I will still use them again.
