If I had only asked a general contractor friend of mine for a referral rather than Angi, I would have saved myself hundreds of dollars. I didn’t realize their employees worked on commission. They charge $ 80.00 to come out to give a bid. They billed me $885.88 for one hours work. After I returned their survey complaining about their obscene prices they issued a $188.00 credit. I will never have Mainstream do work for me again and I will certainly never recommend them to anyone.

Mainstream has done an amazing job. This was a large hvac job, and they have done a great job getting it done in a timely fashion.

Mainstream installed an undermount sink to replace one that another contractor broke. Mainstream did a great job. Their ability to do the job quickly allowed me to sell my house on time.

The carpenter and his helper did a fine job on the drywall repair and shower door installation. It all looks great, just like in a high-end new house. Recommended!

This company and people have been a joy to work with. They have been very thorough with communication and following through with the steps. Questions were answered promptly and professionally. The workers were all friendly. We liked that they called us when they were on their way to our home. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would work with them again.

I spent an entire day from 9:00 until 4:30 waiting for the man to arrive. I called Mainstream 2x during the day to get answers and was put off by it. No one checked in for the repair, and told me it would be several hours. I needed to run errands, but I guess my time was not that valuable for them to help me out, especially since I called twice. He came at 4:30 and I had to wait until the next morning for the repairs. With that said, the men who came to do the work were great and the job was done in less than an hour. However, I will probably not use this company again. It was also very pricey for the work they did.
